    Inventory Specialist

    We are looking for an experienced and committed inventory specialist who will be managing our organizations stock through managing stocks movement in the system to ensure accurate stocks movement, physical stocks tally with the ERP system, appropriate use of the ERP system.

    Job Description

    • Ensure availability of standard stocks through timely and accurate ordering processes.
    • Coordinate with the ordering team to ensure optimum ordering.
    • Confirm purchases of products upon receipt from suppliers.
    • Communicate on products status to the relevant personnel.
    • Timely and accurately undertake stock purchases for products.
    • Undertake accurate and timely supplier returns when needed.
    • Confirm stocks requests of stocks leaving the depot according to loading sheets
    • Perform accurate and timely stocks reconcilliation every morning and evening after a day sales.
    • Ensure all day sales are issued through the organization's ERP system
    • Accurately ensure all orders are processed to the customers as in the receipts.
    • Maintain accurate records of stocks going out of the depot
    • Ensure no suppliers leave the workplace without signed delivery notes and receipts.
    • Conduct and coordinate daily stock takes.
    • Ensure proper arrangement of all products for easy loading.
    • Ensure all stocks books are signed by respective Salesmen.
    • Prepare and share daily reports on stocks status.
    • Prepare and share reports on sales performance.
    • Participate in developing workplace rules and safety regulations.
    • Advice the management on best-selling products and other insights.
    • Maintain a checker on users in the ERP system.
    • Create and disengage users in the ERP system.

    Job Requirements

    EDUCATION

    • B.A. in Supply and Management/ Information technology courses.
    • 2-3 years in busy FMCG environment.
    • Relevant experience in ERP system.
    • Experience in handling wide variety of SKUs.
    • Proficiency in using microsoft office to prepare and share multiple reports.

    Cost Accountant

    The cost accountant, will immensly assist in suppliers engagement, collect, analyse and report on cost accounting data. Through checking inventory levels, preparing standard cost reports, cost comparisons, product costing analysis, and tracking variances.

    Job Description

    • Monitor inventory levels and cost variances, participate in physical inventory counts, and reconcile inventory records.
    • Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing them to standard costs, identifying reasons for variances.
    • Calculate and evaluate manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports.
    • Comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
    • Review and analyze inventory and margin reports.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency within production and operational processes.
    • Provide product costing data for pricing decisions and other strategic business initiatives.
    • Perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.
    • Coordinate with IT and Finance department to ensure reliable and consistent management of the accounting system.
    • Budget and Cash-flow management.
    • Assist in implementation and enforcement of internal financial controls.
    • Ensure all banking are done within the stipulated time and related documents filed.
    • Ensure all physical opening stocks are fed onto the system and are accurate.
    • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Reconciliation of purchases to ensure they comply with the company performance to ensure the company is making profits.
    • Prepare and share accurate sales and collection reports on organization's performance.

    Job Requirements

    • B/A Accounting/ Finance or related course
    • 2-3 Years practical experience in cost-accounting in a manufacturing company.
    • CPA completed or ACCA Part 2.
    • Proficiency in using different accounting software.

    Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Equipment

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead business growth in the Nairobi market. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, with a strong ability to tailor solutions to customer needs, close deals and exceed targets.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
    • Promote and sell air compressors and generators to existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide timely market feedback and competitor intelligence.
    • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, ideally in industrial equipment (air compressors or generators strongly preferred).
    • Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
    • Familiarity with the Nairobi market is essential.
    • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
