    Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

    Key focus areas:

    • Strategic HR partnership with senior leadership
    • Workforce planning & organizational design aligned to growth
    • Performance management frameworks & data-driven insights
    • Compensation structures, job grading & pay-for-performance
    • Employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in a strategic HR role (HRBP, HR Strategy, Organizational Development) with clear evidence of business impact
    • Prior experience in strategic consulting or strategy-focused roles is strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in B2C, FMCG, or consumer-driven environments, particularly those led by sales and marketing
    • Strong understanding of how HR strategy adapts to evolving business models and growth stages
    • Hands-on experience in at least one core HR area such as performance management, organizational development, compensation, or talent strategy
    • Proven ability to develop conceptual frameworks and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
    • Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making
    • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
    • Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management systems
    • Familiarity with compensation structures, job grading, and pay-for-performance principles
    • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills
    • Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is an added advantage
    • Salary: Ksh 180,000

    Business Development Manager (Healthcare Industry)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and overall performance targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with distributors, healthcare institutions, and government entities
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement, needs assessment, and tailored solutions
    • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders to drive conversions
    • Lead high-value negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies
    • Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and business development within the medical equipment or consumables sector
    • Proven track record of driving business growth, expanding market share, and consistently achieving sales targets
    • Prior experience working with distributors; regional (East Africa) exposure is an added advantage
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region
    • Location: Kenya (with regional travel across East Africa)
    • Salary: KSh 100,000
