    Business Analyst - Rendeavour

    Description

    • The Business Analyst will be supporting the planning, execution, and financial performance of real estate projects developed by Rendeavour. The role involves analysis, market research, financial modelling, stakeholder coordination (limited), and the development of business cases that guide strategic decision-making. This position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, urban planning, and project delivery, ensuring that projects are both commercially viable and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Where necessary conduct market research across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use asset classes.
    • Develop recommendations on product mix, positioning, and pricing strategies
    • Support feasibility studies for proposed development projects.
    • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flows, sensitivity analyses, development costing, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, ROI).
    • Work closely with finance, design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost and revenue assumptions are accurate.
    • Prepare business cases for investors, banks and the management.
    • Track project performance versus approved budgets and forecasts.
    • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress, sales, leasing performance, customer trends, and cost performance.
    • Consolidate data from cross-functional teams to prepare monthly and project reports.
    • Assist in preparing long-term development strategies, phasing plans, and financial plans for the masterplan.
    • Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
    • Work with urban planners, architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure plans align with commercial objectives.
    • Coordinate inputs for design briefs, concept plans, and development strategies.
    • Liaise with internal departments (planning, sales, construction, finance, operations) to gather and validate data.
    • Support presentations to joint-venture partners, investors, government bodies, and senior management.
    • Assist in preparing materials for board papers, investment committees, lender submissions, and regulatory authorities.
    • Identify gaps in data, reporting, and project analysis and suggest improvements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
    • 3–6 years of experience in real estate development, consulting, financial analysis, or investment.
    • Strong financial modelling experience (Excel or modelling software).
    • Experience with large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects preferred.
    • Understanding of urban development, land economics, and real estate markets.
    • Experience with project management tools is an advantage.

    After-School AI Program Tutor

    Role Overview

    • The After-School AI Program Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons in front-end web development to upper primary students. The tutor will support the development of digital literacy, creativity, and problem-solving through interactive sessions and mentorship.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver structured lessons in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript aligned with the program curriculum.
    • Facilitate interactive, hands-on coding workshops to reinforce student understanding.

    Architect

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.
    • Lead in the production of schematic design, design development and construction drawings.
    • Review new projects for compliance with the master plan to ensure smooth integration of the project.
    • Plan, coordinate and maintain project design schedules.
    • Lead the quality assurance team during construction, including site inspections as required,
    • Undertake the in-house design of projects that are within the capabilities of the Projects Office.
    • Excellent knowledge in plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University
    • Must be a Registered Architect

    • Proficiency in ArchiCAD,3D drawings, rendering and computer skills

    Automation Technician - Utilities (Water)

    Description

    • The Automation Technician is a key member of the Utilities team, responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems supporting Tatu City’s water supply and wastewater infrastructure.
    • The role requires strong technical capability in PLCs, HMIs, control systems, and smart metering technologies to ensure system reliability, operational efficiency, and service continuity. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, diagnose system faults, and implement practical engineering solutions to enhance performance within a rapidly growing urban environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install,configure,and commission automation systems.
    • Trouble shoot and repair faults in automated equipment and control systems.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
    • Work with engineers to design and improve automation processes.
    • Test and validate system functionality.

    Requirements

    BIM Coordinator

    Description

    • We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced BIM Coordinator to serve as the central authority and strategic leader for all digital delivery and Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives across the company's extensive portfolio. This senior leadership position is pivotal in driving project efficiency, mitigating risk, ensuring unparalleled design quality, and unlocking long-term asset value through the establishment and governance of a world-class BIM framework. The ideal candidate is a seasoned architect with deep expertise in digital construction, who will act as the primary driver of digital transformation within the engineering and construction lifecycle. This role is responsible for strategically integrating people, processes, and technology to create and maintain a single source of truth for all project data, from initial concept through to operations. 

    Responsibilities:

    BIM Strategy & Governance 

    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the corporate-wide BIM strategy, standards, and protocols, ensuring full alignment with international best practices, particularly the ISO 19650 suite of standards. 
    • Author, maintain, and govern the master BIM Execution Plan (BEP) template. Oversee its rigorous customization and application across a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects, including residential communities, commercial high-rises, and complex infrastructure works. 
    • Establish and enforce the comprehensive governance structure for the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring absolute data integrity, security, and standardized information exchange protocols are followed by all internal teams, external consultants, and contractors. 
    • Act as the ultimate technical authority on the application of data classification systems. Direct the correct implementation of standards such as Uniclass 2015 and CSI MasterFormat/UniFormat to ensure that project data is structured, consistent, and valuable from design through to asset management and operations. 

    Project Delivery & Coordination Oversight 

    • Direct the overall process of multi-disciplinary model federation. Ensure that all discipline-specific models, including Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Infrastructure are seamlessly integrated into a cohesive and reliable project-wide digital asset. 
    • Oversee the entire clash detection and resolution lifecycle. This extends beyond the simple issuance of clash reports to include chairing high-stakes interdisciplinary resolution meetings, driving accountability among stakeholders, and ensuring that proposed solutions are commercially viable, technically sound, and accurately implemented in the models. 
    • Manage and audit the flow of information and model deliverables at all key project milestones. Enforce strict compliance with specified Levels of Development (LOD) and information requirements as defined in the BEP, ensuring the right information is available to the right people at the right time. 
    • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management 
    • Lead, mentor, and build the capability of the internal team of BIM engineers and coordinators. Establish clear performance metrics, foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement, and ensure the team is equipped to support the organization's ambitious development pipeline. 
    • Serve as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for all BIM-related matters to senior management, project directors, external design consultants, and main contractors. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 
    • Champion the value proposition of BIM across the entire organization. Provide strategic guidance, targeted training, and clear communication to non-technical stakeholders to ensure enterprise-wide buy-in, effective collaboration, and maximum return on technology investment. 

    Technology & Process Innovation 

    • Continuously scan the market for emerging AEC technologies, software platforms, and innovative workflows. Critically evaluate their potential impact on project delivery and develop compelling business cases for their adoption and integration into the corporate technology stack. 
    • Direct the corporate strategy for the development, management, and quality control of all central BIM content and parametric Revit family libraries, ensuring they are robust, standardized, and efficient. 
    • Champion the strategic integration of BIM with other project functions to maximize the value derived from the digital models. Drive initiatives related to 4D (construction sequencing and scheduling), 5D (cost estimation and management), and 6D (facility and asset management), transforming the BIM model into a lifecycle asset. 

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s in architecture is required & Master's degree is an advantage 
    • A mandatory minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in the architectural design and construction industry, with a significant portfolio of delivered projects. 
    • A mandatory minimum of seven (5) years of dedicated experience in a BIM leadership or management role, with demonstrable experience overseeing the digital delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects (e.g., masterplans, high-rise towers, complex infrastructure). 
    • Demonstrable experience authoring and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and corporate-level BIM standards on live, complex projects. 
    • A proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing a team of BIM specialists. 
    • Expert-level understanding of international BIM standards and protocols, particularly the ISO 19650 suite.
