    Human Resource Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Aminika Manpower Limited is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Relations:

    • Handle employee inquiries and grievances.
    • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

    HR Operations:

    • Manage employee records and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Administer benefits programs (e.g., medical insurance, pension).
    • Process payroll accurately and timely.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    • Manage statutory deductions and payments.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs.
    • Conduct employee training and development initiatives.

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
    • Screen and interview candidates.
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • 4+ years of HR experience in Kenya.
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in HR software like HR Master,DarwinBox or any other.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations.

    Sales Admin

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Aminika Manpower Limited Is seeking a Dynamic Sales Admin on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible overall management and administration of the sales department. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations and managing a team of dedicated field sales staff.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Sales Documentation & Contracts:

    • Prepare and process booking forms and letters of offers/reservation agreements for customers.
    • Ensure the correct and timely preparation of purchaser and purchase details, secure the necessary signatures, and provide the final signed copy to the purchaser.

    Document Management:

    • Follow up with customers for all necessary documents, including identification, tax certificates, and proof of payment.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for customer files and sales-related documentation, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date for all units upto payment threshold of 15% after which the documentation is to be handed over to the CRM officer.

    Database Management:

    • Maintain and update the customer and agents’ database, ensuring accurate and current records of all interactions, purchases, and communications.
    • Track the availability of units and update availability lists regularly.

    Commission Processing:

    • Process and track agents\' commissions, ensuring accurate calculations and payments based on completed sales.

    Event Support:

    • Assist the Sales team in organizing and supporting open days, events, and promotional activities when required.

    General Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales team in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and any other day-to-day tasks necessary to support the sales process.

    Qualifications Summary

    • Diploma or equivalent (minimum) Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in sales administration or similar role Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Attention to detail Problem-solving skills, Data entry skills, Customer service skills, Adaptability.
    • Certifications in sales, marketing, or business administration Foreign language skills

    Hospital Deputy Matron

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Aminika Manpower Limited Is seeking a Dynamic Deputy matron on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Matron in the overall management and administration of the nursing department. This role involves overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing a team of dedicated nursing staff.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITES

    • Support the matron in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department.
    • Ensure smooth coordination and execution of nursing activities and patient care services.
    • Supervise and provide leadership to nursing staff, including nurse in-charges.
    • Oversee nurse in-charges to ensure they are effectively managing their respective units or shifts.
    • Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
    • Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations, institutional policies, and procedures.
    • Implement corrective actions for any compliance issues.
    • Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety.
    • Work closely with medical staff and administrative teams to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
    • Foster effective communication and teamwork among all departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Manage and resolve patient and staff complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Implement strategies to prevent recurrence of issues and enhance satisfaction

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Master’s degree in Nursing.
    • 7 years’ experience in nursing with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.  
    • Registration Certificate from the Nursing Council of Kenya
    • Valid Practicing License from the Nursing Council of Kenya
    • Valid certificate in BLS & ACLS
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
    • Significant experience in a clinical setting, with proven leadership and management skills.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
