JOB DESCRIPTION & MINIMUM SKILLS:

• Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Responsible for marketing campaign execution across various marketing channels
• Marketing project plan maintenance & tracking
• Improve lead generation capabilities
• CRM/Marketing Automation management
• Campaign reporting & tracking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients, staff and agencies
• Valid / clean Driver’s License and reliable vehicle is a requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION & MINIMUM SKILLS:

• +/- 5 years Credit Control / Debt Collection experience and has a good track record in this role
• Ability to communicate easily with Executives and “c” level professionals
• Occasional Travel to countries in Africa
• Telephonic contact to Customers in Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda
• This role requires periodic client visits and a requirement for the successful candidate will include having his / her own vehicle and a current drivers license

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Engage with Debtors on a professional manner
• Follow up on all Debtors enquiries received – Resolving daily Debtors queries and ensuring query resolution register is maintained
• Debtors reconciliations
• Other – Maintaining Debtors files and supporting documentation
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting to management on outstanding debtors
