The all-day dining restaurant serves a variety of both Kenyan and continental dishes. The bar area features a fine selection of wines alongside a wide range of spirits and Signature Cocktails.

Responsibilities

1. Developing monthly content plans for marketing campaigns whilst maintaining an adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Rolling out digital marketing plans.
3. Rolling out above the line and partnership driven marketing opportunities.
4. Developing campaign concepts for positive brand awareness.
5. Developing creative visual solutions following the process from concept through to production
6. Conducting research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors and end-to end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

8. Working alongside marketing to craft online and offline marketing (including emails, social media ads), video assets and photography assets for content marketing
9. Leading creative projects including but not limited to photo shoot/ video shoots for product ads, including on-shoot management
10. Analyzing digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
11. Conducting social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
12. Maintaining digital dashboard of several different accounts
13. Co-ordinating with sales team to create marketing campaigns
14. Preparing emails to send out to customers
15. Creating and maintain onlining listings across e-commerce platforms

Requirements

1. Must have achieved at least a B+ or equivalent in high school
2. An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2nd Class, Upper Division
3. Strong organizational and time management skills ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize
4. Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated creativity & innovation in business
5. Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a demanding environment
6. Experience with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Business, Marketing, advertising, journalism or PR student highly desirable
8. Outstanding communication skills with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

1. Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.
2. Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event/ accomodation options to the highest possible standard.
3. Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.er by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.
4. Negotiate space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off season business.
5. Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods.
6. Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business.
7. Attend trade and travel shows of various market area for promoting hotels event business.
8. Actively manage business bookings, record denials, make network referrals.
9. Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.
10. Bring in direct guests though online marketing and advertising.
11. Helping the hotel to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to the hotel.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in sales and marketing
2. Prior experience in sales in the hospitality industry
3. Excellent people skills, organized and detail oriented
