Our client, a high-end beauty salon in Nairobi, is looking for a Nail Technician. The candidate will provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services.
Pay is commission based

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform consultations and suggest services to clients
2. Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, which include removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences
3. Apply acrylic nails
4. Recommend various nail designs, polish colours and nail art to clients
5. Evaluate the condition of clients’ nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
6. Sanitize all nail instruments and equipment before each use
7. Ensure that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked
8. Provide quality hand and foot massages
9. Maintain a clean workstation.

Required Specifications

1. At least 6 months of experience working as a nail technician
2. Knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques
3. Creative and innovative
4. Able to fluently communicate in English and Kiswahili
5. Keen and able to keep up with the latest nail trends in the industry
6. Has excellent customer service skills and is committed to providing superior service
7. Committed to building relationships with customers
8. Energetic and dependable, motivated and results-driven
9. Able to work with less or no supervision
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our client seeks to hire a Personal Assistant for the Director. The individual will provide administrative and operational support to the Director and Directors office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate the Director’s activities at work and partly at home
2. Drive children to school and extracurricular activities

Required Specifications
