Ref. KICC/ICT/2017
The ICT Manager reports to the General Manager Finance and Administration and is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the ICT department in alignment with the business objectives of the Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, coordinate and design ICT-related activities, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the ICT department.
• Take an authoritative, pro-active approach in dealing with external vendors and outsourced development staff. The role will manage and balance the expectations of the business within the framework of staff and resource limitations.
• The ICT manager will keep abreast of latest technologies that may be of benefit to the organization and make requisite recommendations, supported by documentation, costing e.tc and present to business.
• The ICT manager will provide leadership to ICT operations and infrastructure ensuring that an appropriate technical support framework is in place, including the management and delivery of service support and service delivery.
• The ICT manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. As well as these responsibilities that ICT manager will define and implement ICT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Person Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/information Technology
• Certificate in Database Management /Hardware maintenance
• ICT Project management
• At least five (5) years of experience, at least three (3) years served at management level
• Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT

Ref. KICC/FC/2017
The Financial Controller reports to the General Manager Finance and Administration and is responsible for ensuring all the financial activities are carried out as required and developed , implemented and maintained in an effective and professional financial system for the Corporation
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Any other lawful duty assigned by management from time to time
Person Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Finance or Accounting) or Economics or related fields
• Or a Higher National Diploma in Finance Accounts, Economics
• CPA (K), ACCA or the equivalent qualification
• Member of ICPAK
• Master's Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or equivalent is added advantage.
• At least five (5) years of experience, at least three (3) years served at management level

Ref.KICC/GM F & A/2017
The GM, Finance & Administration reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for developing and executing the Finance and Administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction to support KICC's corporate strategy and act as custodian of financial plans and resources.
• Co-ordinate, supervise, control and evaluate the financial and accounting activities within KICC.
• Ensure timely and efficient implementation of Finance strategy and Annual Work Nan (AWP) and ensure that performance targets are set and achieved.
• Mentor, coach and provide leadership to the Finance team.
• Coordinate the auditing of KICC's financial statements by auditors, respond to audit queries and ensure implementation of recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on overall performance of KICC
• Develop, implement and review policies, strategies and systems regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions to ensure that KICC has optimal competencies and capabilities.
• Develop, implement and review administration policies, strategies and systems to ensure delivery of quality services to customers and minimize risks in line with the Government guidelines.
• Co-ordinate and implement the overall function of managing organizational funds, while upholding good financial practices based on international standards.
• Align the operations of KICC with appropriate technological operations.
• Provide financial advice to the management and Board of Directors.
• Be conversant with all Acts, regulations and procedures that are relevant including the Tourism Act
Personal Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Finance or Accounting) or Business Administration, or related fields Must be a Certified Public Accountant — CPAK and/or ACCA or equivalent Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) or its equivalent
• At least eight (8) years of experience, three (3) years served at senior management level
• Master's Degree in Management, Finance or Business Administration or related field would be an added advantage

Ref. KICC/ Corporation Secretary/2017
The Corporation Secretary reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for providing legal advisory services to the Corporation so as to protect its interests while ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the formulation of the Board's annual plans, programs, projects and budgets.
• Serve in the KICC Board Secretariate, recording meeting decisions, resolutions and ensure follow up communications to members.
• Formulate policies, give guidance on corporate legal matters and ensure compliance with legal instruments.
• Ensure compliance with principles and values of good corporate governance, develop and deliver orientation programs for Board matters and institution activities.
• Review and provide advice on legal risks, ongoing cases and advise Management accordingly so as to manage and co-ordinate progress of outstanding litigations.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise and work closely with outside legal Counsel on legal matters handled by them for the corporation.
• Provide sound legal advice to Management and the board.
• Conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal information to board and staff.
• Review and advise Management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Be conversant with all Acts, regulations and procedures that are relevant including the Tourism Act
Person Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Post-graduate diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
• Must be a CPSK and a member of ICPSK in good standing.
• Membership to the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
• Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and be a Commissioner of Oaths.
• Must have a current practising certificate. Master's degree in Law or any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution will be an added advantage. Have a minimum of eight (8) years post qualification experience, three (3) of which must be at senior managerial or similar level.
Key Competencies:
• Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with the Laws dealing with government and or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration
