    Supplier Development Officer

    Job Purpose:

    • The Supplier Development Officer is responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships, driving category sourcing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities to support Kilimall's growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to support product development, supplier performance, and campaign preparation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage top brands and suppliers.
    • Drive business category sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives to meet company goals.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.
    • Provide insights for product development and ensure competitive market positioning.
    • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to determine the most viable and cost-effective supplier partnerships.
    • Meet potential suppliers to present company offerings, negotiate business deals, and close agreements.
    • Ensure excellent client experience through effective communication during pre-deal and post-deal processes.
    • Prepare and submit proposals to vendors and negotiate pricing for campaign preparations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Prior experience in purchasing, sourcing, or resource development is preferred.
    • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and self-driven.
    • Proactive with strong responsibility and ability to work independently.
    • Well-organized and able to thrive under pressure.
    • Proven experience in effective supplier/vendor negotiation.
    • Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
    • Creative and analytical mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

    Account Manager

    Job Purpose:

    • To enhance sales growth and profitability for home and kitchen category by assisting the sellers towards their sales growth, ensuring competitive prices and stable inventory and following up on sellers order fulfillment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Increase sales of the local sellers for home and kitchen category.
    • Strengthen seller business relationships and maintain regular communication with the sellers.
    • Carrying-out background information check for the home and kitchen category sellers. Following up on fulfillment and inventory update for home and kitchen category sellers. Drive promotion and marketing initiatives for home and kitchen category sellers. Price negotiation and engaging the sellers in preparation for the campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in any related course.
    • Rich product knowledge and familiar with e-commerce industry information Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility and can go the extra mile
    • Excellent negotiations skills and a problem solver
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Analytical skills and keen on details
