    Legal & Compliance Manager

    Job Description:

    • The Legal & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing our legal and compliance functions, ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves managing compliance programs, providing legal advice, and leading initiatives to mitigate risks. You will work closely with various departments to integrate legal and compliance considerations into our business processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
    • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
    • Oversee and manage the company's response to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and audits.
    • Collaborate with senior management to integrate legal and compliance considerations into business strategies and operations.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance issues and legal obligations.
    • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 years post admission experience.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven experience in managing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing legal counsel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Professional certifications in compliance are a plus.

    Head of Credit

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive credit strategies tailored to the hospitality industry, aligning with our company's goals.
    • Manage the Debt portfolio for the Company.
    • Lead and mentor a team of credit professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee the assessment, approval, and management of credit applications, ensuring alignment with risk management policies.
    • Monitor and analyse credit trends, guest payment behaviours, and market conditions to make informed decisions and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with senior management to integrate credit strategies with broader financial and operational objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices in credit management.
    • Enhance credit reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit management, with substantial
    • experience in the hospitality industry and in a leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment, credit policies, and industry-specific financial practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Proven experience in managing credit portfolios, enhancing credit processes, and achieving financial objectives.
