    Human Resource Administrator

    We are looking to employ an HRA with outstanding administrative and communication skills. The Role holder stationed in Rumuruti, Laikipia County.

    As the HRA, you will require conceptual thinking with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Reliability and ability to accurately follow instructions is key. You should also have the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.

    You will also need to display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills, with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. The essential skill in this role will be problem-solving.


    • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
    • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
    • Serve as a point of contact with vendors and administrators.
    • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
    • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
    • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
    • Assist with performance management procedures.
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
    • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
    • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
    • 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential).
    • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
    • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
    • Exposure to payroll practices.
    • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
    • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.

    Tax Specialist

    Our organization is seeking to recruit a Tax Specialist.

    Responsible for providing support to the business at the group level, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring that all subsidiaries are compliance with all tax matters while strategically offering tax advise that will guide best business decisions.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Ensuring tax compliance for the subsidiaries – filing the tax returns by the due date and paying the taxes by the due date
    • Implement new tax requirements in the subsidiaries, ensure proper accounting and mapping of the taxes
    • Calculation of the corporate tax and deferred tax on a monthly/quarterly basis
    • Reconciliation of the tax GLs
    • Tax assurance on all lines subject to tax to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Reviewing tax exposure points on an ongoing basis through regular compliance checks for the subsidiaries
    • Facilitate smooth flow of all tax audits conducted by the revenue authority as well as the external auditors/consultants
    • Create tax awareness across the subsidiaries
    • Improving the tax payment process by ensuring all taxes are accounted and paid on time; and
    • Maintain legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting and implementing new or revised tax laws


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role
    • CPA III Finalist/ACCA qualifications will be an added advantage
    • Experience in tax or a tax experience in an audit firms will be an added advantage
    • Good Knowledge of filling tax returns and experience liaising with tax authorities

    • Good Knowledge of general accounting principle and practices

    Real Estate Sales Executives

    Rama Homes Limited is a real estate organization, seeking to recruit sales executives to sell and rent assigned properties. The main duty will be to source for potential clients and follow through with the existing clients.


    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
    • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
    • Make presentations to clients and take them to see the property
    • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
    • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and payment
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.

    Graphic Designer


    • Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collaterals including brochures, newsletters, posters, web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and web.


    • Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after Effects.
    • Ability to create superior, original designs for the web.
    • Sound understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.
    • Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, Flash Basic Action Script, CSS, and Web 2. 0.
    • Possess the knowledge and experience of UI Design, Flash Banners and Web E-Mailers.
    • Ability to convert design into HTML manually, with browser compatibility.

    • Develop prototypes.
    • Create animation/ static image templates.
    • Provide expertise to Instructional Designers for media related requirements.
