    Human Resource Assistant

    Job Description

    • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
    • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
    • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
    • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
    • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
    • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
    • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
    • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
    • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies


    • At least 2 year experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator at a HR firm
    • Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
    • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
    • Knowledge of labor legislation
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Teamwork skills
    • Diploma in Human Resources 
    • Registered with IHRM

    Sales and Marketing Representative

    Company Description

    Our client deals with importation and exportation of laundry and catering equipment, installation, repairing and servicing. We also service refrigeration and cold rooms and stock the spare parts of this equipment. They are looking for a sales and marketing representative to market their products.

    Job Description

    • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
    • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for service being offered
    • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues,
    • Develops sales strategies and approaches for services,
    • Answers questions from clients about service benefits
    • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
    • Tracks sales data and works to meet targets or sales team goals
    • Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
    • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
    • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed


    • Diploma in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
    • More than 3yrs experience in sales and marketing, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Written and Verbal Communication, Planning, Research and Analysis, a holder of valid driving licence and Computer skills.
