    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creating and implementing marketing plans for new and existing books to increase visibility and sales.
    • Design and manage promotional campaigns, including book launches, press releases, and author events.
    • Oversee website management, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies to engage readers and expand the audience.
    • Strengthen the publisher’s brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, book reviewers, and influencers to enhance book publicity.
    • Analyze reading trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with authors, bookstores, libraries, and distributors to optimize book distribution and sales.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven improvements.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends.
    • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
    • Ability to build partnerships with authors, media, and distributors.
    • Familiarity with book industry trends and audience engagement strategies.

    Agri-Sales Personnel (2 Positions)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients in the agriculture industry.
    • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
    • Present and promote the company’s digital marketplace solution to businesses, showcasing its value and benefits.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

    Agri Team Leader – Packhouse

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the packhouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
    • Manage a team of packhouse workers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems is a plus.
