    Field Service Outside Sales Representative - Tanzania

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Develops account profiles and executes the sales plan.
    2. Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences.
    3. Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
    4. Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery.)
    5. Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management and for Account Planning.
    6. Provides monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner.
    7. Participates in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance.
    8. Prepares sales quotations and proposals with the help of quotation team in respect of Field Services expected margin.
    9. Works closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the BU account manager to maximize business opportunities.
    10. Is “feeding” the Field Services Marketing leaders with Offers feedback and needs
    11. Educates customers on all SE products and services with special attention on Recurring and digital Offers
    12. Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to other sales employees
    13. Coordinates and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed

    Technical Qualification

    1. 5 years of relevant work experience in technical sales
    2. Inside sales or CCC experience is a plus
    3. Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer. The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
    5. Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product.

    About the role:

    Responsible to provide professional services for the company’s customers and technical support/training for service partners, including technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and to perform field service duties on the company’s complete range of Air Conditioning units

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Perform startup/commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective/unscheduled maintenance on all company equipment.
    2. Participate and lead in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
    3. Perform advanced and custom audits of customer's site, working with sales to complete availability Assessments.
    4. Perform consulting services at customer site as well as over the phone.
    5. Work with customers, contractors, service partners, other members of the team, Sales Partners, Tech Support, to resolve escalated problems.
    6. Document all required information for each site visit performed.
    7. Manage installation projects as well as unit replacement when necessary.
    8. Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of company equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.
    9. Educate customers on basic operation of their equipment. Inform customers of issues which they may have experience with their equipment in a way which is beneficial to the customer as well as the company
    10. Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    1. Technical qualification/degree in mechanical/refrigeration with 3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
    2. Prior experience with field service is required.
    3. Prior experience with Precision Air Condition preferred.
    4. Strong knowledge of mechanical / refrigeration component theory and practices.
    5. Good technical knowledge of electricity.
    6. Good knowledge of HVAC Controllers.
    7. Must have experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
    8. Knowledge of HVAC systems, test and measurement equipment, knowledge of electrical and mechanical codes, and in-depth knowledge of mechanical and refrigeration principals is required. A high level of customer service skills is required as well as the ability to perform troubleshooting
