    Department : PR and Marketing

    Reporting To : Hospital Administrator

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    • Supervise, oversee and coordinate all the operations and activities of the PR and Marketing Department.
    • Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies.
    • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including corporates, customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
    • Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
    • Manage the production and use of marketing materials.

    HOD Biomed Engineer

    Department: Biomedical Engineering
    Reporting To: Hospital Administrator

    Major duties and responsibilities

    • Ensure effective operation of Biomedical Engineering Department including supervision, mentorship and guidance of the departmental staff.
    • Convene and chair departmental meetings in in liaison with the management.
    • Submit daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to the Management.
    • Attend HODs meetings and other hospital meetings from time to time.
    • Prepare and forward departmental budget, work schedules/duty rosters and other departmental requirements.
    • Advise the Management on emerging issues and trends in the Biomedical Engineering field.
    • Participate in the recruitment of qualified and competent staff for the Biomedical Engineering Department.
    • Address and resolve departmental matters of concern with regard to performance, conduct and facilities.
    • Assist, advice and provide technical specifications for replacement of parts and acquisition of medical equipment, plant and machinery.
    • Service or ensure periodic service of hospital machines and equipment and keep documentation of service histories on all machines and equipment
    • Conduct training on proper use, handling and safety of medical equip
