The Human Resources Officer will work as part of a small team and provide an effective HR administrative service throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment postings, maintaining personnel records and systems, gathering payroll data, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, preparing employment contracts, monthly reports, and handling ad hoc queries.
Duties Include:
The MEL Manager will play a varied technical and management role in delivering Integrity’s projects in Ukraine. Working within the technical delivery team, they will draw on their contextual, technical, and thematic expertise, to deliver assigned projects on time, on budget, to a high level of quality, and in keeping with Integrity’s values and ethics.
The MEL Manager will report to the MEL Lead (responsible for the overall technical design and delivery of a project). They will work in close coordination with a Project Manager (responsible for all elements of contract, financial, operational and risk management), and MEL Officer(s) in support of technical delivery of the project.
The specific project focus of the MEL Managers’ work will be determined based on future project wins, with the Terms of Reference updated for the relevant project requirements. These projects will likely include multi-year third-party monitoring (TPM) projects or the MEL components of large implementation contracts supporting the resilience and development of Ukraine.
The MEL Manager is a consultancy position, with the fixed term determined by the project assignment. Successful candidates must be based in Ukraine (with a strong preference that this position be based in Kyiv) and be prepared to travel within Ukraine, to meet project stakeholders and manage team members. Security provisions, risk assessments, insurance, and travel plans will be produced to ensure the safety and security of all travelling personnel, with specific arrangements made for any work-related trips. If candidates know of any impediment to their ability to travel to and from Kyiv regularly, they must state and explain this in their application.
The Business Manager will support Integrity’s business development initiatives while managing key internal and external relationships, holding a broad range of responsibilities across account management, consultant management, and marketing and communications. Based out of Integrity’s Arlington, VA office, they will play a lead role in driving new bids and proposals, expanding our network of experts and consultants, liaising with a range of partners, clients, and sub-contractors, and growing Integrity’s brand visibility and public presence.
The Business manager will collaborate with our Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Business Managers to oversee a growing pipeline that includes several prime, multi-year projects across the world. These include USAID MEL platforms, research projects, M&E assignments on implementation programs, and work for other donors, including the Department of State and the World Bank.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and proactive individual with a proven track record in managing proposals to secure large-scale USG contracts in a competitive landscape. The Business Manager role requires strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different teams, geographies and cultures.

The MEL Lead will report to a Project Director (accountable for the overall performance and delivery of a project). They will work in close coordination with a Project Manager (responsible for all elements of contract, financial, operational and risk management) in the performance management and oversight of technical delivery teams.
The specific project focus of the MEL Lead’s work will be determined based on future project wins, with the Terms of Reference updated for the relevant project requirements. These projects will likely include multi-year third-party monitoring (TPM) projects or the MEL components of large implementation contracts supporting the resilience and development of Ukraine.
The MEL Lead is a consultancy position, with a fixed term determined by the project assignment. The MEL Officer will report to the MEL Manager(s) supporting the overall technical design and delivery of a project. They will work in close coordination with other MEL Officer(s) in support of technical delivery of the project.
The specific project focus of the MEL Officers’ work will be determined based on future project wins, with the Terms of Reference updated for the relevant project requirements. These projects will likely include multi-year third-party monitoring (TPM) projects or the MEL components of large implementation contracts supporting the resilience and development of Ukraine.
The MEL Officer is a consultancy position, with the fixed term determined by the project assignment.
