    SAP Manager

    We seek to hire a SAP Manager who will be tasked with the following responsibilities


    1. Supervise thorough implementation of SAP B1 functions across all departments of Sheffield with complete control on the system requirements and users’ adherence to the system.
    2. Guide team members with best practice process and data management
    3. Coordinate projects and SAP changes
    4. Assist in identifying recommendations for enhancements and changes that may involve custom design, optional, and third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system
    5. Consult users on technology changes that will impact work processes
    6. Responsible for the design and management of interfaces related to data and processes within the required business functions.
    7. Partner with ERP solution integrator to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the system
    8. Serves as a point of contact for power users and performs problem identification and spot training to prevent problem reoccurrence and knowledge transfer. Escalates tier 2 problems to appropriate support
    9. Develop and implement testing scenarios
    10. Create quality documentation (business process documents, configuration documents, process flows, etc.)
    11. Partner in developing and implementing end user training and materials for internal associates and all field locations


    1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
    2. Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment is required
    3. Experience with SAP B1 / HANA and full life-cycle implementations
    4. Certification in SAP Production Planning or related modules is nice to have
    5. Ability to multitask and manage workload with minimal supervision
    6. Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
    7. Manage and train people
    8. Strong analytical skills with heightened problem-solving ability
    9. Very detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
    10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Sales Administrator & Analyst

    We seek to hire a Sales Administrator & Analyst who will be tasked with the following responsibilities


    • Managing and supporting the sales Team in coordination, scheduling, qualitative and quantitative reporting, processing of Documents.
      • Ensure update on the daily sales activities of the sales team
      • Coordinating daily sales team meetings to enhance productivity and efficiency of Sales schedules.
      • Recap and review of daily sales activities for implementation of course of action.
      • Analysis of daily sales activities and schedules for qualitative review.
      • Point of reference to clients both on call and visiting for sales team during their absence.
      • Preparation and processing of sales quotations, job cards & documentation.
      • Handling and processing of quotations, tenders and proposals for the sales team with accuracy and timelines.
      • Handling and processing of orders to jobs cards for the sales team with accuracy and timelines
    • Expedite on communication to clients on sales delivery schedules, delays, feedback and ensure escalation.
      • Development of sales and marketing materials and documents i.e. product catalogues, presentations and proposal documents.
      • Processing variations.
    • Marketing content contribution
      1. Support marketing initiatives such as contribution in marketing events and communication, newsletters, campaigns, updates in product and sales initiatives.
    • Any other duty assigned by your supervisor in relation to your position


    1. Bachelor’s degree in Administration(Sales & Marketing Option)
    2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in the same role.
    3. Solid Hands-on experience of MS office particularly Excel & PowerPoint and CRM/ERP Software
    4. Knowledge in SAP Business one will be an added advantage.
    5. Excellent Communication and People skills
    6. Good Organizational, multitasking abilities & Problem-solving skills.
    7. Proven Experience as a sales administrator or sales support.
    8. Good Understanding of sales performance metrics
    9. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
    10. Team Player with high level of dedication.
