    Digital Lead Conversion Manager

    Responsibilities

    • CRM & Targeting – Use HubSpot CRM to segment resident markets by demographics, past behavior, and location, building targeted distribution lists.
    • Campaign Creation – Design, automate, and execute last-minute deal campaigns (flash sales, exclusive resident offers, distressed inventory promotions) using multi-channel strategies across WhatsApp, social media, and email.
    • AI-Driven Lead Generation – Integrate agentic AI tools into HubSpot workflows to identify, nurture, and qualify leads in real time, combining AI automation with human follow-up.
    • Performance Optimization – Monitor campaigns with analytics and A/B testing, refining strategies for higher engagement and conversion while ensuring GDPR and local data privacy compliance.
    • Lead Management & Team Leadership – Lead sales consultants, assign AI-generated leads for personalized follow-up, and train teams for high-touch conversions.
    • Collaboration with Revenue Management – Work closely with revenue teams to identify inventory gaps and create compelling, urgency-driven offers to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
    • Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on AI, CRM, and digital marketing trends, iterating systems with feedback loops to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

     Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications in CRM/digital marketing preferred.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry, with a proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Demonstrated success in managing last-minute or flash sales campaigns targeting local/resident markets.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including campaign automation, list segmentation, and workflow building; certification in HubSpot Sales or Marketing Hub is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in integrating AI tools (e.g., agentic AI frameworks like chatbots or automation platforms) with CRM systems; experience with tools like Zapier, Dialogflow, or similar for layering AI into workflows.
    • Strong knowledge of digital distribution channels, including WhatsApp Business API, social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and email marketing platforms.
    • Exceptional leadership and micro-management abilities, with a hands-on approach to team development and performance optimization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling urgency-driven last-minute sales while maintaining strategic oversight.

    Accounts Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
    • Support tax compliance, including preparation and filing of VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns.
    • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
    • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

    Qualifications

    • CPA II qualification; CPA(K) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
    • Good understanding of the Kenyan tax system and statutory filing requirements.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
