    Vendor Relation Associate

    Job description

    We are currently looking for talented people with a passion for emerging markets and Africa to join our team and embark on our exciting journey in the position below:

    Job Description

    You will be responsible for business success/continuity by identifying needs based on market trends and vendors performance and focusing on innovative solutions to help the vendors to be successful.

    In particular you will:

    • Focus on activities that ensure business continuity/sustainability and growth of vendors e.g. Ensuring performance communication, monitoring and improving vendor profitability, sales monitoring etc.
    • Responsible and owner of ALL communications going out to vendors
    • Engaging vendors via our SM channels ( must ensure effective and lively platform/channels)
    • Facilitation of flow of internal communication and synergy between different teams.
    • Follow up on vendors to increase business ( SKU, NMV, using innovative ways e.g organize various contests, e.tc)
    • Ensure vendors are invited and attend all training sessions organized by the university team
    • Monitor and improve vendor sales by providing feedback to vendors
    • Create and execute Vendor handover to the HOC team
    • Monitor vendor stores and provide expansion and diversification tips to vendors
    • Performance Monitoring:
    • Responsible for getting any additional data needed on vendor and assigning vendors who register through the system to various teams
    • Ensure compliance with internal systems ( SF)
    • Reporting & vendor trend analysis
    • Weekly report of teams performance
    • Ranking vendors by SKU Sales, NMV, OOS, Returns Rate, Rejection Rate

    Professional Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in either or of the following - Vendor Hunting, Vendor management, Sales management
    • Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to increase network expansion/volumes.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer/client relationships and identifying opportunities to improve business success for both parties.
    • Creative communicator with an ability to work across multiple communications channels, including written communications and visual content
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in influencing others to drive results.

    Job description

    To assist in prospecting, selling, closing, collection of outstanding debt and maintaining account management principles in the assigned market segment with the aim of improving sales and Company market share. To assist develop and implement sales strategies, to improve current systems, identify new customers and markets.

    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

    • Bring out what needs SNL products meet compared to the competition and what competitive advantage, disadvantage does SNL enjoy or suffer
    • Work on set sales targets and sales forecasts and ensure they are achieved
    • Gather market intelligence
    • Identify, oversee and assess the activities of the competitors
    • Participate in workshops, trade shows and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry

    Job description

    As the Head of Sales for Sunvait Network Ltd, you will have the opportunity to help build Sunvait Network Ltd’s next big business, and to define the future of truly ground-breaking technology. In this role, you'll build and manage a team of Sales Representatives, working to drive awareness, adoption and business growth for Sunvait Network Ltd’s public cloud in relation to assigned enterprise accounts. You'll also participate actively in all aspects of building the business, including attainment of assigned strategic objectives, business planning, demand generation, new account engagement and acquisition and account-based marketing activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers; influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
    • Build, coach, motivate and guide a team of Sales Representatives. Manage the team day-to-day, offering leveraged support for critical business opportunities, as well as career mentoring.
    • Help to develop and execute strategic account plans, including a broader enterprise sales plan across key verticals, resulting in a robust pipeline. Execute demand generation activities as needed, and engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
    • Qualify and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Sunvait Network Ltd Cloud deployment, and articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys. Display a passion for computer science and cloud.
    • Report the state of the business for your assigned territory, including progression against assigned KPIs and strategic goals.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of experience in Field Sales in the technology industry.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in direct sales management
    • 5 years of experience in cloud-related sales and/or sales management experience. Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together to drive deeper technology adoption within the existing large account base.
    • Experience in sales management performance, including scaling sales teams and business performance in order to achieve significant impact.
    • Ability to plan, present and execute a territory sales strategy.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills.
