Job Objective

Duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Dean School of Education, Arts, and Social Sciences, the position holder will be responsible for:
- Overseeing curriculum development and review, ensuring relevance to industry needs for high graduate employability.
- Processing students' admissions, receiving and orienting them.
- Maintenance of quality standards by overseeing all teaching and examination processes in the department.
- Timely resolutions of students and staff concerns.
- People management, including performance, work attendance, leave, and discipline management, among others.
- Establishing and maintaining high-value industry, academia, and research partnerships and collaborative networks.
- Spearheading Research and Innovation.
- Designing and executing the departmental growth strategy.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
qualification and experience
- PhD, Masters and Bachelor degree specialising in any of these areas: Hospitality Studies, International Relations, Media Studies, Communication Studies or any area related to the mentioned specialisations from an accredited university.
- At least three years of teaching experience at the university level and at least a years proven management and administrative experience.
- Has published and attended and/or contributed in academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- A visionary with the agility to lead the School to stay relevant in the rapidly changing industry landscapes.
- Demonstrable skills as a strategic leader who bridges academia and industry, focusing on sustainable growth and market-driven educational value.
- Is up-to-date with industry standards and has established noteworthy linkages with the industry.

Job Objective
To plan, organise, and oversee all activities of the Zetech University Womens Basketball Team, including training, player development, and participation in university leagues and championships, while promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and academic balance among student-athletes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and conduct regular basketball training sessions.
- Develop players technical, tactical, and physical skills.
- Design training programs to improve individual and team performance.
- Prepare the team for university leagues, KBF League, tournaments, and championships.
- Select team line-ups and develop game strategies.
- Coach the team during matches and tournaments.
- Identify talented players within the university.
- Participate in trials and selection of new players.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor student-athletes academic progress and well-being.
- Coordinate training schedules with the sports office.
- Prepare reports on team performance and activities.
- Ensure players adhere to university and federation regulations.
qualification and experience
- Coaching Level 2 Certificate
- At least 2-3 years of coaching experience in basketball (preferred).

Duties and responsibilities
- To teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department.
- Design, develop, plan and deliver a range of programmes of study, sometimes for entirely new courses at various levels.
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practicals.

- A PhD in International Business, International Trade or a related field from an accredited University.
- A Masters degree in International Business or a related field from an accredited University
- A Bachelors degree in Business or a related field from an accredited University.
- A minimum of thirty-two (32 equivalent publication points as a Lecturer/Senior Research Fellow, of which twenty-four (24) should be from refereed journal articles.
- Supervised at least two (2) postgraduate students.
- Attracted research funds as a Lecturer/ Research Fellow.
- Attended and contributed at academic conferences, seminars and workshops.
- Evidence of being a member of a relevant professional body.
- Evidence of leadership (administrative experience, active participation in departmental /school/university/national/international activities).

We are seeking an efficient administrator of University Examinations by managing records, coordinating logistics, maintaining security, and providing support to students and staff: One who upholds examination integrity, assists in process improvements, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Processing, filing and retrieval of examination records.
- Ensuring safe custody of examination records and booklets.
- Dispatch and receipt of examination booklets to and from examination venues.
- Working with heads of department to ensure timely examination moderation
- Providing support to ensure smooth administration and invigilation of examinations.
- Booking of students for various examinations
- Handle examination related enquiries
- Coordinating students undertaking external examinations and its processes
- Preparing examination-related reports
- Support processing of examination results and graduation lists.
- Implementation of academic policies and procedures
- Provide secretariat services in School Examination Board
- Implementation of established Quality Management System
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
qualification and experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with at least a years relevant working experience in a reputable organisation OR a Diploma from a recognised institution with At least five (5) years experience in a similar role
- A qualification in Education will be an added advantage
- Proficiency with relevant Microsoft Office Computer Applications
- Possesses Organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- High level of Integrity and Professionalism
