    Quality Assurance Officer

    Experience 3 Years

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Quality Control:

    • Implementing and maintaining quality control systems, including setting standards, conducting inspections, and monitoring production processes. 

    Defect Identification and Resolution:

    • Identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and working with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. 

    Testing and Analysis:

    • Executing tests, analyzing results, and ensuring products meet functional and performance requirements. 

    Process Improvement:

    • Proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability. 

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintaining accurate records of quality checks, test results, and any issues encountered. 

    Collaboration:

    • Working with various teams (e.g., development, engineering, manufacturing) to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle. 

    Compliance:

    • Ensuring adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards. 

    Training and Mentoring:

    • Providing training and guidance to other QA team members. 

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree/Diploma in Bio-chemistry or equivalent field.
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance processes. 
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems. 
    • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring accuracy. 
    • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. 
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues. 
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. 
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Experience with relevant software and tools.

    Production Manager

    Experience 10 Years

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Production Optimization:

    • Planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the oil processing production process to maximize efficiency and output.

    Quality Control:

    • Ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.

    Budget Management:

    • Developing and managing the production budget, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

    Equipment Management:

    • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of processing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

    Safety and Environmental Compliance:

    • Ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

    Team Leadership:

    • Leading and managing a team of production supervisors, engineers, and other personnel.

    Reporting:

    • Generating and submitting production reports, including hydrocarbon accounting reports.

    Collaboration:

    • Working closely with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

    Inventory Management:

    • Collaborating with inventory managers to maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. 

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree/Diploma in Food Production or equivalent
    • Strong understanding of oil processing operations and equipment is an added advantage.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proven ability to optimize production processes and manage budgets.
    • Solid understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Experience with relevant software and tools.
