    Corporate Sales Executive

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    •  Identify potential corporate business opportunities by qualifying prospects, analyzing sales options in a bid to close sales effectively.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and New Product Development in developing and executing bestin-class selling propositions.
    • Develop and execute a market / area corporate sales strategy and drive acquisition of all segment business to exceed annual billings goals
    •  Sell the company’s products to corporate clients by establishing contacts and developing relationships with key decision makers in the targeted organizations and recommending viable solutions.
    • Align strategies with Corporate Account Management colleagues and share best-in-class practices, to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending service improvements.
    •  Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market and competitor activities.
    •  Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market information.
    •  Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    •  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant educational workshops, establishing personal networks and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

    KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

    • A University Degree in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing or related field
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales will be an added advantage.
    • Previous experience in B to B electronic sales with an electronic company (selling to
    • corporates).
    • Previous experience in hotels wine and spirits supply and sales with good networking skills and contacts within the hotel industry.
    • Should possess key contacts in the real estate industry i.e. developers, contractors and/or
    • property management companies
    • Previous experience with providing services or products to the real estate industry through developers, contractors and/or property management companies.
    • The Corporate Sales supervisor MUST have the ability to network with key decision makers in other organizations and maintain good working relationship with them.
    • She/he should be ready to play a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and generate new revenues for the company.
    • She/he must have a proven track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets

    E-commerce Sales Executive

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop E-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
    • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
    • Onboard B2B customers to the import /export E-commerce platform
    • Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
    • Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms
    • Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
    • Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier
    • Train dealers on e-commerce platforms
    • Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers
    • Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
    • Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer

    KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • At least 3 years of hands on Ecommerce experience in electronics, online selling platforms
    • Degree or Diploma in a Business related Course
    • Innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically
    • Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
    • Ability to influence and interact with senior management
    • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
    • Experience with B2B sales
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus
    • Actively listens and participates within a team environment
    • Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs

    Hotel Sales and Marketing Executives

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Employing different marketing strategies to market the hotel services to the public
    • Develop, present and implement the annual marketing plans and revenue generation budgets in line with the company’s objectives;
    • Undertake new business development activities to produce results that meet or exceed the agreed business targets;
    • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients in order to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients;
    • Lead in social media marketing
    • Administer the booking engines to ensure regular information update and posting of promotions and/or offers information;
    • Manage the social media platforms including face book, twitter and Instagram and promptly respond to potential clients’ enquiries;
    • Organize and participate in corporate events including cocktails and marketing journeys to market the company’s products and promote product awareness;
    • Develop marketing and promotional materials including production of brochures, pens, writing pads, bottled water among others in order to project the desired image of the company;
    • Any other relevant work that may be assigned to the job holder from time to time.

    KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

    • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
    • 3 years experience in Hospitality Sales and Marketing
    • Marketing dynamics and social media experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrable track record to work independently, own decisions, set priorities, and solve problems
