    Collection Officers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform various duties on assigned accounts such as recording, verification, and validation of customer details.
    • Advise customers on ways of clearing their debts while communicating with them on the importance of paying their debts and the consequences of non-payment.
    • Act as a mediator for disputes between customers and the company
    • Locate and notify customers on defaulted accounts by e-mail or telephone in order to ask for payments
    • Deliberate with customers by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the credit terms for easier settlement of debts.
    • Initiate the clearance process on cleared debts once you receive payment proof and have the same uploaded by the relevant department.
    • Provide customers with their correct account details e.g., balances, account numbers, etc.
    • Maintaining data integrity and keeping customer details confidential.
    • Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts in the company's system.
    • Respond to all correspondences e.g., e-mail, telephone, and social media.
    • Organize, manage, and implement the most suitable debt recovery method and techniques. Negotiate credit extensions if and when required.
    • Preparation of reports as required.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Certificate/Diploma in any relevant field Experience in customer negotiations
    • Proven working experience in Collections
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
    • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
    • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products

    Responsibilities

    • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with new and current customers
    • Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets
    • Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the company's Products
    • Always Representing The company in a positive and professional manner
    • Maintaining accurate and timely sales data and generating reports

    Requirements

    • Degree in sales and marketing, Business administration, IT, or related course
    • 2- 3 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred
    • Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills

    • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team

    Shopify Developer

    Responsibilities;

    • Create an engaging and knowledgeable online Shopify store that is adapted to a business's branding and specifications
    • Create bespoke Shopify themes and change pre-existing templates per pre-defined brand guidelines
    • Make sure the website is functionally and up-to-date
    • Create a store template that works with a business's plugins
    • Ensure the website is search engine friendly and optimized
    • Be an expert in all aspects of the ECommerce platform
    • Ensure a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimize the shop for overall efficiency and functionality
    • Make any coding changes that are necessary
    • Program the website according to each business's needs
    • Optimize the store for maximum performance and functionality
    • Test and debug websites regularly to improve performance
    • Provide technical support and coordination, protecting enterprises against failure
    • Increase conversion rates by optimizing your website

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of proven web design and development experience with WordPress and Shopify (We will review the code you have produced)
    • A strong eCommerce-focused website design portfolio, including full web designs/developments.
    • Solid viewpoint and experience in high conversion design practices, responsive or mobile-first WordPress sites, and cross-browser/device QA testing
    • Strong proficiency with Adobe products
    • Must be able to overlap our client's teamwork hours - 9 AM-5 PM EST
    • Proficiency in: Shopify, WordPress, Woo-commerce, Integrations, API setups, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & J-query.
    • Must be proficient in website speed and SEO optimization (caching, jquery, CSS minification via plugins, source code, rending refinement, rich media compression, site map setup, etc.) and all other technicalities surrounding WordPress/ Woo-commerce website design, development, and optimization, and maintenance.
    • Ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools to produce appealing designs for websites/landing pages.
    • Ability to develop websites using HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experienced with E-Commerce website design, development, integrations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
    • Highly creative and willing to contribute to team discussions, collaboration, and design direction.
    • Good understanding of SEO and all the best practices surrounding SEO-friendly websites.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
    • High level of English
    • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
