    Client Relationship & Sales Executive

    Role Objective

    • Our client is hiring a results-driven Client Relationship and Sales Executive to grow the business portfolio and manage long-term client engagements. The candidate will drive revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospective clients, and managing existing account relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and pitch services/products to potential corporate and individual clients in Kenya through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts; monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure high renewal/retention rates.
    • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly gross sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Understand client operations and pain points to introduce additional company offerings and expand contract values.
    • Gather market insights, track competitor activity, and share actionable trends with upper management.
    • Maintain accurate client logs, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts using the company CRM.
    • Perform any other relevant duty assigned.

      Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • 4 years of proven experience in B2B, account management, or business development.

    Corportae Sales Manager-Hospitality

    Role Objective

    • The Corporate Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by aggressively targeting, winning, and retaining B2B corporate accounts. This role is responsible for positioning the company’s services as the preferred partner for events across Kenya.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Proactively source and close high-value corporate accounts, multinationals, NGOs, diplomatic missions, and government bodies.
    • Target and secure contracts for corporate events, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), corporate retreats, end-of-year galas, and product launches.
    • Structure winning commercial proposals, pitch decks, and competitive tenders. 
    • Upsell cross-functional hospitality and event solutions, including catering, audio-visual, staging, and decor services.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients and retainer accounts, ensuring high retention and repeat bookings. 
    • Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and menu/concept tastings. 
    • Monitor client satisfaction post-event, resolving complaints swiftly to maintain brand integrity.
    • Analyze local hospitality and event market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging corporate spend patterns in Nairobi and regional hubs 
    • Develop quarterly target lists and sales strategies to expand market share in underpenetrated sectors.
    • Work closely with Operations, and Logistics teams to hand over event briefs flawlessly.
    • Ensure strict adherence to commercial terms, advance payment policies, deposit collections, and generalcompliance. 
    • Maintain active records of pipelines, call logs, and client contracts in CRM systems.
    • Track weekly and monthly sales targets against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance reports for executive management.
    • Undertake any other relevant duty assigned.

      Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 years of direct B2B sales experience in a mid-to-large events management company, 4-star hotel, or conference facility in Kenya.
    • Demonstrated, active network of corporate database.
    • Proficiency in CRM software.

    Business Development Executive-Hospitality-Nairobi

    Role Objective

    • The Business Development Executive drives revenue growth and market expansion. This role targets new corporate accounts, strategic partners amongst others to generate revenue and manage key accounts.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and secure new corporate, NGO, embassy, and institutional accounts for event bookings.
    • Nurture existing corporate portfolios, conduct face-to-face client meetings, lead inspections, and negotiate corporate rates to drive repeat business.
    • Prepare tailor-made proposals, contracts, and pitch presentations for corporate retreats, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE).
    • Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and occupancy fluctuations to align sales strategies with revenue management goals.
    • Represent the property at trade shows, corporate expos, tourism fairs, and local business networking events to elevate brand presence.
    • Collaborate closely with the operations, other teams to ensure flawless execution of contracted corporate events.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, accounts, and deal stages in the CRM system to ensure reliable sales forecasting.
    • Conduct post-event feedback sessions and courtesy follow-ups with key account managers to secure debrief insights and encourage long-term client retention.
    • Work with revenue and finance teams to track account yield, credit terms, and prompt payment collection for major corporate bookings.
    • Any other duties as allocated.

    Delivery Truck Driver-Lavington

    Role Objective

    • An Events Company is looking for a Delivery Truck Driver responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of event equipment, decor, sound/lighting gear, stage structures, and operational staff to and from event venues. This role goes beyond standard driving it requires active participation in loading and unloading delicate or high-value event assets, adhering to strict event setup deadlines and representing the company professionally on-site.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Safely drive company vehicles (pickup trucks, vans, or light commercial trucks) to venues across Nairobi and regional locations. 
    • Ensure all deliveries and collections strictly follow scheduled event timetables.
    • Assist event crews in loading, securing (using straps/ropes), and unloading fragile, heavy, or high-value event inventory (furniture, audiovisual gear, tents, floral setups).
    • Verify goods against delivery notes, delivery or event checklists prior to departure and upon arrival. Obtain signatures from client representatives or site managers upon delivery/return.
    • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (tires, oil, coolant, lights, brakes).
    • Maintain accurate logbooks detailing mileage, routes, fuel consumption, and service needs.
    • Ensure the vehicle remains clean and presentable.
    • Identify optimal routes considering traffic patterns, venue access and navigation, route planning, and clearance heights.
    • Comply with National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) regulations, traffic laws, speed limits, and safety standards.
    • Report any accidents, vehicle defects, or transit delays immediately to management.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

      Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Valid Kenyan Driving License with appropriate endorsements.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of professional commercial driving experience, preferably within logistics, event management, hospitality, or catering sectors or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of roads, traffic dynamics, and major urban centers.

    • Good communication in Swahili and English,
