Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any engineering discpline
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a busy service and maintenance environment
• Valid driving License and ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of Borehole Equipment, Water Pumps, and Solar Products.
• Electrical and plumbing system design, diagnosis, and trouble shooting
• Service contract inspections
• Product and service sales
• On-site customer support and communication
• Any other task deemed necessary to accomplish the above

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in solar PV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of solar equipment, particularly inverters, lithium batteries, grid-tied systems, and hybrid systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams & manuals
• Excellent problem-solving & teamwork skills
• Holder of an EPRA T3 Solar PV Technician License (preferred) Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements for solar installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Site surveys & solar PV system design
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain & repair solar energy systems (inverters, lithium batteries, hybrid & grid-tied)
• Install and set up electrical energy analyzers (data loggers) for system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Program & maintain battery packs, inverters & controllers Ensure solar installations comply with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety regulations
