REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in solar PV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of solar equipment, particularly inverters, lithium batteries, grid-tied systems, and hybrid systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams & manuals
- Excellent problem-solving & teamwork skills
- Holder of an EPRA T3 Solar PV Technician License (preferred) Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements for solar installations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site surveys & solar PV system design
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain & repair solar energy systems (inverters, lithium batteries, hybrid & grid-tied)
- Install and set up electrical energy analyzers (data loggers) for system monitoring and performance analysis.
- Program & maintain battery packs, inverters & controllers Ensure solar installations comply with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety regulations
