    Business Development Manager Logistics Services

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through customer visits, cold calling, networking and social media.
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
    • Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
    • Integrating suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels.
    • Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
    • Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
    • Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
    • Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arranging shipment and transportation details with carrier agents.
    • Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
    • Overseeing the sales team, documenting processes, and preparing executive reports.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • At least four (4) years' experiences as an account manager/BDE/BDM/Sales Executive, or similar.
    • Previous experience in sales of similar services is a must.
    • Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehousing will be advantageous.
    • Knowledgeable in clearing and forwarding process as well as documentation is a plus.
    • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

    Snr. Accountant Transport & Logistics

    Key Roles & Responsibilities;

    • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
    • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    • Document financial transactions by entering account information.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    • Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
    • Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
    • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
    • Lay out accounting policies and procedures to ensure total tax compliance.
    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contribution, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
    • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a framework for these to be met.
    • Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
    • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

    Required Qualifications;

    • University Degree or College Diploma Commerce accounting option
    • At least 5 years' experience in accounting freight Industry
    • Experience with financial reporting requirements.
    • In-depth understanding of freight Industry Systems
    • High accountability with a demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure.

    Telesales-Training Services

    Key Roles & Responsibilities;

    • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
    • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going, eventually closing sales.
    • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
    • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to services.
    • Keeping up to date on all service and informing customers of new products.
    • Meeting set sales quotas

    Required Skills & Qualifications;

    • Bachelors Degree

    Paint Sales Representative

    Roles & Responsibilities.

    • Regular visits to existing customers and ensuring their needs are catered to.
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Preparing and sending quotations and proposals.
    • Ensuring timely collection from customers
    • Managing the sales process through an ERP
    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Participating in sales team meetings.

    Minimum Qualifications.

    The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following soft-skills and competencies:

    • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business related
    • Should hold at least 5 years of experience in Sales & marketing
    • MUST HAVE prior experience in selling paint products
    • Consistent track record in achieving sales targets
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
    • Good Interpersonal skills.
