    Marketing Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and execute an overall marketing strategy that supports marketing communications, creatives and digital marketing, product marketing, events, project management, public relations as well as brand awareness.
    • Key analysis of the beauty industry market trends and consumer insights to understand consumer and market requirements.
    • Plan and drive long-term business strategies for the brand to ensure optimal and steady growth of the company.
    • Develop and improve the workflow within the marketing department to be more effective.
    • Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders across functional teams in providing recommendations to address identified service gaps and enhance the brand experience.

    Skill & Experience

    • Degree or diploma in Mass Communication / Marketing / Business Relations or equivalent.
    • At-least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
    • Must be well versed in all marketing aspects; including digital marketing and have some business development experience/skills.
    • Good understanding of PR, have a vibrant personality and have good communication skills.

    Job Description

    We are looking for a competitive Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Pharmacy Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals and you will aim at meeting sales targets.

    As a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
    • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
    • Provide product information and deliver product samples
    • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits

    • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process

    Skill & Experience

    • Proven work 1 Year of experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales
    • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving enrolment and revenue growth by effectively promoting our gymnastics classes and programs to prospective customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate Leads:Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including outbound calls, email outreach, networking events, and community partnerships.
    • Consultative Selling:Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals related to gymnastics training for their children.
    • Educate Prospects:Effectively communicate the benefits of gymnastics classes at the Academy, highlighting our state-of-the-art facility, qualified instructors, comprehensive programs, and focus on holistic development.
    • Provide Solutions:Recommend class options, schedules, and packages tailored to each customer’s requirements, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
    • Facilitate Enrolment:Guide prospective customers through the enrolment process, including registration, payment, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
    • Follow-Up and Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and provide additional information as needed.
    • Meet Sales Targets:Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new student enrolments and revenue generation.
    • Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, track lead generation efforts, and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

    Skill & Experience

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education, sports, or fitness industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
    • Passion for fitness, child development, and promoting healthy lifestyles is highly desirable.
