    Head Group Cybersecurity

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establishing and maintaining KCB Group’s cybersecurity vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected and defended.
    • Developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure proper operations and maintenance of Technology assets.
    • Ensuring the properties of security, authenticity, accountability, non-repudiation and reliability of information and information processing systems are preserved.
    • Promoting user awareness of good cybersecurity practices, current threats, and the Group’s cybersecurity policies & procedures among all Group employees, vendors, and customers.
    • Incident Handler in the Group’s Cybersecurity Incident Response and Recovery Team (CIRRT).
    • Identifying and assessing ICT risks in conjunction with other departments in Technology Division, Group control functions and lines of business to determine their materiality.
    • Implementing appropriate transparency/escalation of all significant ICT risks as appropriate through regular reports to executive management, and priority notifications to ensure minimum exposure to ICT risk.
    • Ensuring appropriate action plans and delivery dates are in place to address material risks and any open internal or external audit items or regulatory issues and tracking these actions to completion.
    • Providing guidance within Technology Division on topics related to ICT risk management such as achieving compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards in order to remain within the risk appetite of KCB Group.
    • Implementing technical controls in support of the Group Data Privacy programs.
       

    The Person 

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: 

    • BSc. Information Technology / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Engineering or related field.
    • At least one certification from the list below:
    • CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
    • CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor.
    • CISM: Certified Information Security Manager.
    • CCISO: Certified Chief Information Security Officer.
    • 10 years progressive working experience with at least 8 years’ experience in:
    • Information Security Management

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS – Oracle Fusion) and payroll (PerPay), LMS (Percipio and KCB LearningHub), management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
    • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to HR Metrics of recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
    • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

    The Person 

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: 

    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management OR an IT related field
    • Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in HR General or a specific area of HR is desired.
    • IT Certification (Oracle Certified Professional, ITIL, Project Management, Analytics) is desired.
    • At least 3 years' relevant experience in a busy HR-IT or Data Analysis environment.

    Senior Dealer Corporate Sales

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement best practice to maximize bank profitability through digital innovation and leveraging on existing bank technology platforms. 
    • Drive Treasury revenue through working closely with the Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking Divisions to coordinate Foreign Exchange Solutions. 
    • Actively offer risk management solutions to clients. I.e., Spot Fx, Forwards and Swaps to Corporate and Institutional Banking clients.

    • Create reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.  Role holder must communicate and present technical information with non-technical team members and collaborators - ability to simplify complex outputs into simple and actionable insights is key.
    • Implement an effective knowledge management system and management information systems for capturing and documentation of market and product data insights and intelligence required by Brand Teams to ultimately serve business divisions.
    • Design and implement data collection methods, surveys, and questionnaires to gather consumer feedback and insights.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage, integration, and analysis processes, utilizing appropriate data management technologies. 
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and analytical tools to enhance data insights capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

    • Provide technical support for existing Agency, Mobiloan, Internet Banking, Mobi, C2B, MTS, Channel Manager systems (herein later referred to as Digital Channels) and implementation of related projects.

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • Must have an Economics, Business, Accounting Degree or any related or numeracy focused field.
    • Possession of a master’s degree, CPA, CFA, ACCA will be an added advantage.
    • 5 or more years’ experience in investment banking and or structured corporate finance
    • 4 or more years’ experience in Financial Modelling and Credit Analysis
    • 4 or more years’ experience in Debt/Equity transaction structuring and execution
