• 5 yrs+ of leadership experience in a high- profile school -- at least 2 years as HOI/Deputy; registered with TSC; mature; high level of integrity, proficient in basic computer applications and able to navigate the CBA and KEMIS portals; excellent communication skills; a disciplinarian with experience in mentoring/upskilling senior teachers and, nurturing good character formation of learners and, a proven track record of improving student retention and driving new admissions through stellar school performance.

 The Role

• Dip, in Education, or Pl Certificate with experience in teaching the mainstream learning areas in ECDE (Playgroup- PP2), Lower Primary (Grades 1-3), Upper Primary (Grades 4-6) and Junior Secondary School; Basic training/retooling in CBC/CBE and, proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Experience teaching -- creative arts; pre-technical and pre-career education, integrated science-- biology, chemistry, and physics and, and ICT-as foundation subjects is an added advantage. Specify level of interest- ECDE, Primary or, Junior Secondary.
