    Restaurant Supervisor

    Our client, a fast-paced restaurant in Nairobi CBD, is seeking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and prior experience supervising staff in a busy restaurant environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
    • Oversee front-of-house staff including waiters and cashiers.

    Cashier (Restaurant)

    Our client, a busy restaurant located in Nairobi CBD, is seeking to recruit a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage daily transactions and ensure smooth front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should be presentable, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling POS systems within a restaurant environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive customer payments via cash, mobile money, and card transactions.
    • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
    • Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
    • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

    Accountant

    Our client, a growing company in the IT sector based in Nairobi CBD, is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements.

    The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, and experienced in managing accounting functions within a structured business environment, preferably in the IT or technology industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
    • Ensure timely statutory deductions and remittance (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, VAT, etc.).
    • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
    • Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

    • Monitor company expenses and advise management on cost control measures.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably within an IT or technology company.
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory compliance.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
