The responsibilities include to:
- Establish goals and success metrics by region, by country for gender and gender expression.
- Build report with detailed hiring data for gender/gender expression.
- Roadmap for success in EMEA.
- Identify D&I opportunities in each country in EMEA, will help create priority list & tools and partnerships for each country.
- Campus recruiting focus.
- Engage with recruitment leaders and recruiters to use and embrace those opportunities.
- Train the leaders in partnership.
- Train and upskill recruiting teams.
- Work with D&I team in HR and be a point of contact on employee resource groups – identify collaboration opportunities.
- Build events calendar and complete events.
- Diversity Recruiting Projects and initiatives as needed.
- Identifying potential sponsor and plan for Oracle Career Relaunch in EMEA.
- Create plan to run all EMEA job descriptions through Textio.
- Promotion campaign in partnership with branding team.
- In order to be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:
- Experience building a global inclusion and diversity strategy. The ability to analyze data to advise decisions and use metrics to evaluate the success. Proven track of introducing new methods, processes, KPI´s and skills across different locations, creating consistent structures and processes. Outstanding communication and influencing skills with an ability to clearly express ideas, both in writing and verbally. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence leaders, coordinate with other cross-functional colleagues internally and build relationships with all levels in an organization. Empathic and integrative leader motivating organizations to embrace change and pro-actively stir improvement. Hands-on personality with proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Consistent track record of working with senior stakeholders to deliver DEI recruiting outcomes; 5+ years of experience preferred in highly international corporate environment with a complex structure and operations across the globe.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you are expected to be
- an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving extremely complex (often previously unknown), critical customer issues.
- Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management.

TCE is designed to accelerate Oracle Cloud consumption by providing our customers with a faster time-to-value via best practice architecture design and deployment. The Business Operations Partner for TCE Senior Directors becomes more and more important in this picture. As the Business Operations Partner for the Workload Architect Management team within EMEA TCE you will help them understanding the state of the business by providing pivotal information, analysis and strategy to drive business decisions.
- You will need to be able to handle multiple priorities and address key business challenges with senior stakeholders from different departments.

Key Result Areas
Business planning:
- Plan and drive together with Workload Architect (WLA) Management the engagement pipeline, ensuring specialist services coverage of new workload opportunities.
- Work with management on Planning (Headcount, Utilisation, productivity, service routing)
- Business and change management initiatives:
- Cross TCE and Sales ecosystems collaboration: Act as an interface between WLA and other key functions in EMEA TCE, Sales and Global Ops to identify and resolve critical business issues
- Tools and Process enablement: Drive business improvement by reviewing and improving key business processes and tools.
- Project manage other important business operations projects as requested by senior business operations management and sales leadership;
- Business Insight and Operational Excellence:
- Provide business insight, reporting and recommendations to meet/overachieve business expectations
- Proactively highlight possible gaps and risk areas, recommend improvements/changes to process where possible.
- Work with WLA teams to resolve issues on daily usage of systems for engagement tracking and give guidance.
- Governance and Strategic Programs
- Define and optimize WLA team Governance and KPIs (Define success criteria and business management metrics)
- Work with management and be advisor on running the governance for the team.
- Represent WLA business operations in specific EMEA-wide operations and business projects and change management.
- Ultimately to be seen as a trusted Business Advisor, providing essential business operational support as well as acting as a sounding board for other key business issues of concern to business leaders.

- Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
- Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
