    Chef

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan, prepare, and execute menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
    • Control inventory, manage ordering, and minimize food wastage to meet cost targets.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment compliant with food safety regulations. Develop new recipes and contribute to continuous menu innovation.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be 30-35 years old
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef
    • Formal culinary training or a relevant catering/hospitality diploma is highly preferred.
    • Proven knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP certification is a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours.

    Multiskilled Handy Man

    Core responsibilities

    • Execute immediate and preventive maintenance across the property.
    • Plumbing: repairing fixtures, addressing leaks, and unclogging drains.
    • Electrical: troubleshooting faults, replacing switches/fixtures, and performing minor wiring Repairs.
    • Carpentry: executing minor structural repairs, fixing furniture, and performing light
    • Painting/touch-ups.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols.

    Essential requirements:

    • Preffered candidates from nys.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of proven, hands-on experience
    • In a multi-skilled maintenance role.
    • Demonstrated competence in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
    • High school diploma (kcse certificate); technical certification is a plus.
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be physically fit and able to perform demanding manual tasks.
    • Must provide a valid certificate of good conduct.

    Housekeeping/Room Attendant

    • Clean assigned rooms thoroughly and efficiently, following all safety and security procedures.
    • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, make beds, and change linens and towels.
    • Dust furniture, fixtures, and window sills.
    • Sweep and mop floors.
    • Remove trash, waste, and room service trays from rooms and corridors.
    • Ensure bathrooms are fully sanitized, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
    • Restock guest room amenities such as soap, shampoo, stationery, and minibars.
    • Maintain knowledge of record and stock keeping for all hotel linen and staff uniforms.
    • Provide a positive experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas.
    • Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and effectively, or refer them to a supervisor.
    • Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues or damages and report them immediately.
    • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments, manage time effectively, and assist with reception duties when needed.
    • Must be a lady from the age of 27-35years.
    • Possess a KCSE Certificate and preferably a Diploma in Housekeeping. Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
    • Be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Possess a strong attention to detail to ensure rooms meet high standards of cleanliness.
    • Have effective time management skills.
    • Possess good verbal communication skills for professional interaction with guests.
    • Be a person of integrity and flexibility.
    • Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
    • Must provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
