Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop captivating reels and short-form video content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
• Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage video content post-production, including sound, transitions, animations, and graphics.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, video editing techniques, and algorithm changes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while meeting the unique requirements of each platform.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, ensuring the growth of followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on video performance metrics to optimize future content.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in video editing, especially for social media (reels, short-form content).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Position Overview

• As a Real Estate Agent specializing in high-end properties, your primary responsibility will be to find, list, and sell luxury properties in Westlands, Lavington, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Kitisuru, Muthaiga, Runda, and Karen. You will leverage your market knowledge and networking skills to attract and engage high-end clients, providing them with personalized service throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition and Listing:

• Identify, evaluate, and source high-end properties in targeted neighborhoods.
• Conduct property valuations and market analyses to determine competitive pricing.
• List properties on our website with compelling descriptions, professional photography, and virtual tours.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying process, from initial consultation to closing.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of each listing.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties to high-net-worth individuals.

Negotiation and Sales:
