    HR Assistant

    The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. This includes handling employee records, assisting in recruitment, maintaining HR files, and providing general support in day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth operations within the manufacturing environment.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire documentation.
    • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Support the HR team in processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
    • Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and performance appraisal processes.
    • Handle routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, including attendance, leave records, and training logs.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee events.
    • Support employee relations activities by addressing employee concerns and escalating issues to the HR Manager as needed.
    • Assist in maintaining a safe, healthy, and positive work environment by ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills Required:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee benefits.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • A proactive approach to tasks and ability to work under minimal supervision.

    Technical Sales Executive – HR Systems (HR Software)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Development: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, events).
    • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase HR software capabilities, emphasizing how the solutions can meet client needs.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term business.
    • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring that client needs are met while meeting company sales targets.
    • Customer Needs Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that provide tangible business value.
    • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to provide insights on customer requirements and market trends.
    • CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in B2B sales, HR software sales, or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems and solutions, including but not limited to Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Self-Service, and Performance Management.
    • Sales Skills: Proven track record of generating leads, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales in a competitive market.
    • Communication: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing customized solutions for clients.
    • CRM & Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads, sales, and client interactions effectively.
