• Sales Assistants will support excellent customer service, ensure stock availability on the floor, assist customers with product selection, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, guide, and support customers with product inquiries
• Assist customers with sizing, alternatives, and product recommendations
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock presentation
• Ensure proper fitting room control and stock return
• Support shrinkage and loss control measures
• Support daily store readiness and merchandising

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or a Fashion-related course
• Previous retail or FMCG experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
