- Job Field Logistics
- Valid driver's license;
- KCSE mean grade D+ or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution;
- Life support Skills;
- Basic emergency response skills;
- EMT and BLS Training and Certification is an added advantage;
- Time Management skills;
- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN) and must be registered by the nursing council.

- Must have a valid practicing license.
- Life support skills.
- Basic emergency response skills.
- Training and certification in ATLS, ACLS, and BLS is an added advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
