    HR Intern

    We are seeking a proactive and highy organized HR Intern to assist in the day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance activities. The HR Intern will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, employee records management, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

    What You Will Do

    • Maintain and update employee records, HR database and personnel files.
    • Support talent acquisition from interview coordination to new hire onboarding.
    • Support in ensuring compliance and implementation of HR policies
    • Assist in payroll preparation, benefits, contract and leave management.
    • Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates and confirm applicant availability
    • Support in coordination of disciplinary and grievances procedures in compliance with the Employment Act and internal policies.
    • Support in training and development, Safety and health
    • Follow up on completed performance review documents and development plans with line managers and update performance management records
    • Coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings and training sessions.
    • Assist in coordinating and scheduling employee wellness initiatives
    • Support in end-to-end offboarding process.
    • Assist in generating a range of HR reports
    • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    Qualifications

    • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Social sciences, Business administration, or any other relevant degree from a recognized university
    • At least 1-2 years of Human Resource Management / Administrative experience
    • Associate member at IHRM is desirable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Project Management Lead

    The Project Management Lead Role is a role that is focused on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the desired quality and at the specified scope. The project management Lead will also be expected to spearhead project stakeholder engagement, project procurement management, project risk management, project communications management and project resource management.

    What You Will Do

    • Development of project charter
    • Develop the project objectives, project scope, project schedule, project budget, quality objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Create comprehensive project documentation and ensure resource availability & allocation.
    • Ensure appropriate engagement with statutory bodies and acquisition of requisite approvals.
    • Manage the design process (concept, developed and detailed designs) & the Tender process (EOI, RFP and Tender) and any client driven procurement.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Spearhead the Project Handover process to the operations teams.
    • Ensure proper and successful completion, testing and commissioning of the project.
    • Generate Project Management Revenue as set out in the project management contracts.
    • Generate Value uplift for the organization.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Sciences or any other related field.
    • Professional certification in Project Management.
    • Proficiency in Ms Project, Excel & Power Point.
    • Must have Business Acumen, project planning, project budgeting and in-depth financial analysis.
    • Must have 2-3 years' experience in project management within the construction industry
    • Must have worked in an active construction site
