    Client Experience Manager

    Purpose of the Job:

    Job holder responsibility will be to ensure smooth floor operations and patient flow within the hospital through the provision of excellent customer experience practices, working with the in charge to ensure all patients’ needs are met.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring every customer receives best experience from the hospital.
    • Managing the customer experience desk, handling inquiries and information management in line with customer requirements.
    • Responsible for facilitation of smooth operations in the Outpatient/inpatient department ensuring a cynical movement of patients in the shortest time possible.
    • Ensuring the accurate use and compliance of QMS throughout the hospital.
    • Welcoming patients and showing them around.
    • Ensure timely response to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
    • Management of doctors on duty and room allocation, be aware of the doctors on duty and doctors expected and their time of arrival.
    • Enquiry management and recording for recommendation of most sought-after services.
    • Managing inbound and outbound calls.
    • Ensuring strict client service standards and etiquette are maintained by all staff in the hospital.
    • Patient appointment management.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned by the management from time to time

    Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field.
    • Customer care training.
    • Three (3) years working experience in a busy field.
    • Hospital Working Experience will be an added advantage.

    Charge Nurse

    Purpose of the Job:

    The job holder will be responsible of ensuring high-quality maternity services to all patients through provision of effective nursing services; Overseeing delivery room services, antenatal, postnatal, and newborn unit.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Utilizing the standards and procedures of nursing care to continuously improve the quality of nursing and exceed the patients’ expectations and participate in audits within their departments.
    • Be a role model of the nursing profession and exercise professionalism at all times while being an effective clinical leadership resource.
    • Communicating with other professionals and all relevant parties in order to advocate effectively for the patients and for cooperative and supportive relationships.
    • Providing guidance, supervise and mentor staff and trainees to ensure all patients are treated with dignity, privacy and respect and that the patients are encouraged to be involved in decision making related to their care.
    • Implementing infection control measures to provide a safe environment for patients, staff and others.
    • Identifying present and potential needs of the department assists in formulating courses of action to meet needs.
    • Attending Administrative meetings, Charge Nurse’s meetings, Procedure committees and other committees as may be required from time to time.
    • Participating in ward and hospital activities i. e research, audits, CSR, open days.
    • Maintaining the Hospitals’ policies, standard and procedures of nursing care.
    • Protecting all confidential information concerning the hospital, patients and to make disclosure only with patient and Chief Executive Officer’s permission.
    • Preparing the monthly Rotation for staff, and their daily assignment of duties.
    • Investigating patients’ complaints promptly in accordance with the hospital procedure and inform Chief Executive Officer’s/Administrator immediately within the same shift.
    • Providing accurate documentation and proper record keeping of patients’ treatment.
    • Controlling & utilizing the available resources effectively for quality service delivery, profitability and cost containment.
    • Maintaining monthly and quarterly statistics.
    • Providing input to determine manpower for the department.
    • Monitoring the performance of the nurses in the department.
    • Fully responsible for all equipment on the ward inventory and for ordering supplies and for recommending on the needs of the Department.
    • Ensuring regular maintenance is performed on all equipment and communicate with the Biomedical/Maintenance Engineer.
    • Ensuring accurate documentation, proper record keeping and storage for continuity, quality and legal reference.
    • Assisting medical staff in the overall care of the patient and to ensure the prescribed treatment is given.
    • Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    • KRN, KRCHN, Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
    • Must be a Kenya Registered Midwife;
    • Any other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage;
    • Minimum of 8 years post clinical nursing.
    • Experience in a level 5
    • Management / Supervisory skills training
    • Good managerial skills.
    • BLS certified, ACLS.

    Purpose of the Job:

    The job holder will be responsible for diagnosing, treating and advising on various dental issues. The key objective for this role will be to promote and maintain good oral health among our patients which will involve not only treating existing dental conditions but also educating individuals about preventive dental care practices.


    •  Examining teeth and diagnosing patients’ dental conditions by using tools such as x-rays
    • Treating pathological conditions of the oral cavity
    • Performing dental surgery, including the extraction of teeth and roots, removal of impacted teeth
    • Analyzing oral radiographs for diagnostic purposes
    • Prescribing medications for infection control, pain control, and for the control of viral, bacterial, and fungal infections
    • Providing instructions in oral hygiene and methods of preventing the spread of oral diseases.
    • Reviewing medical histories and records dental treatment in medical charts to ensure that treatment plan does not compromise patient health
    • Assessing treatment options and agreeing  on treatment plans with patients
    • Carrying  out agreed clinical treatments such as restoring teeth affected by decay and  treating gum disease
    • Maintaining  patients’ dental records and information by entering patient details in the information system (computer) or other patient records
    • Providing guidance to dental nurse and receptionist in delivering patient care and coordinating appointments
    • Attending meetings, forums, seminars and workshops organized by the management
    • Maintaining strict confidentiality  and treats staff,  physicians   and patients with dignity and respect
    • Liaising daily with medical/non-medical staff including other doctors and healthcare professionals for effective care delivery
    • Preparing operational reports to the management for various activities and operations undertaken
    • Performing any other related duties within the clinic as may be assigned

    Key Competencies:

    • Bachelor degree in Dental Surgery from a recognized university
    • Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and dental council
    • At least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience
    • Thorough knowledge of the practices and techniques of dental surgery and treatment
    • Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
    • Should demonstrate high levels of compassion, integrity, commitment and professionalism
