    Head of Quality Assurance

    • Tracom Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Quality Assurance to ensure our software and hardware solutions meet the highest standards of quality. This role is critical in defining best practices, maintaining quality standards, and identifying corrective actions for non-conformity issues.

    Role Description:

    • Oversee the quality of software and hardware solutions, ensuring they meet reliability, usability, and performance standards. This role involves establishing & maintaining quality assurance standards, managing testing processes, and leading the QA team in meeting all internal and external requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Define QA strategy and approach for all products, ensuring product quality.
    • Provide leadership for quality assurance escalations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Regularly evaluate and improve quality assurance standards.
    • Provide necessary tools and systems for managing quality testing and documentation.
    • Develop testing scopes for developed systems.
    • Ensure systems comply with in-house and industry standards.
    • Guide in analyzing and assessing user requirements for testability.
    • Set performance expectations and manage the QA team's development.
    • Oversee the selection, and induction, Identify training needs, and organize interventions of the QA team
    • Prepare reports on non-compliance issues.
    • Coordinate and support external audits for International Standards and Best Practices.
    • Evaluate and improve the QA team structure for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Approve systems that meet test requirements for deployment.
    • Ensure necessary documentation for released systems is provided.
    • Provide functional training to customers before UAT.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and ISO 9001:2015.

    Job Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
    • Certification in Software Quality Assurance (CISA, ISTQB, CEH, CMT).
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Knowledge in risk management, identification, and testing.
    • Strong advocacy for industry standards and best practices in QA.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience in writing test plans and test cases.
    • Proficiency in white and black box testing.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
    • Expertise in code quality analysis and related tools.
    • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

    Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain constant communication with existing customers, ensuring their experience remains positive.
    • Provide individualized attention to meet each customer's unique needs.
    • Develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage customer expectations during service disruptions and ensure quick resolutions.
    • Oversee the contracting process, ensuring SLA obligations are met.
    • Meet sales targets within existing and new accounts.
    • Build new business relationships using existing contacts.
    • Manage the tendering process to ensure competitive responses.
    • Prepare and share monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
    • Ensure customer requirements are met during project delivery.
    • Share customer feedback for service and product improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on marketing plans and activities.
    • Attend industry events and conferences for business development.

    Job Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Five (5) years of experience in Business Development/Key Account Management in the banking industry or a related field.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to obtain, analyze, and translate data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
