Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business units
• Manage monthly closing process and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Lead reconciliations - bank, debtors, creditors, inventory and inter-company
• Strengthen working capital control - debtors, creditors and stock
• Oversee statutory compliance - VAT, PAYE, corporate tax coordination
• Support audit processes - internal and external
• Maintain strong cost accounting discipline within manufacturing
• Improve finance processes, controls and documentation
• Partner with operations, supply chain and sales to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist in automation initiatives and system improvements
• Support the Commercial and Sales teams on margins, pricing, trade spend and joint business planning
• Partner with Sales on credit control discipline, customer limits and collection performance

What We Are Looking For

• ACCA or CPA(K) qualified - fully certified
• 5 to 8+ years accounting experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of stock, cost of production and margin analysis
• Experience managing high transaction volumes
• Excellent reconciliation and control mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth environment
• Strong Google Sheet / excel skills
• Extremely comfortable with technology, software, ERP and platforms like 'sage pastel'
• High integrity and strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity: Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms, including digital, print, and retail environments.
• Digital: Conceptualize and design high-impact social media graphics and edit high-energy video content (Reels, TikToks, and Ads).
• Video & Motion: Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Ads) and create motion graphics to bring our products to life.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI content generation tools to streamline workflows, enhance creative output, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• OOH & Large Format Branding: Design high-impact Out-of-Home (OOH) assets, including billboards, wall branding, vehicle wraps, and point-of-sale (POS) displays, ensuring technical precision for large-scale printing.
• Multimedia Production: Assist in photography sessions, professional photo retouching, and motion graphics production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the innovation teams to conceptualize campaigns for new product launches.
• Reporting: Use cloud-based tools to manage assets, track timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within the FMCG or Advertising sectors.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• AI Savvy: Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to augment design processes.
• Portfolio Requirement: A world-class portfolio is mandatory. We are looking for proven experience in packaging design, typography, and video editing.
• Administrative Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience in Google Workspace (Google Suite), including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides for efficient team collaboration and reporting.

• Identify trends early and translate them into relevant, brand-aligned content
• Script, film and edit short-form video content - Reels, TikToks, Shorts and digital ads
• Create engaging lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes brand content
• Write sharp, engaging and on-brand captions and digital copy
• Manage community engagement - responding to comments and messages with professionalism and authenticity
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports using Google Workspace
• Use AI tools for copy ideation, trend analysis and content efficiency
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Innovation teams on product launches and campaigns

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation, ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X algorithms
• Confident using mobile editing tools such as CapCut
• Experience with Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and brainstorming
• Demonstrable portfolio of accounts managed or content created
