    Junior Treasury & Asset Management Clerk

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing financial assets according to established policies and procedures and ensuring compliance.
    • Collaborate with the Financial Asset Management Manager to develop effective asset management strategies.
    • Administer cash and bank accounts, including setup, monitoring and reconciliation.
    • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, verification, posting and reconciliation.
    • Assist in monitoring cash flow and fund management activities, including daily balance sweeping and overnight deposits.
    • Track and manage fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals and depreciation.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and identify variances.
    • Support in optimizing foreign exchange opportunities and minimizing transaction costs.
    • Aid in the preparation of financial reports related to treasury, fixed assets and inventory management as well as conducting periodic asset audits.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related Field with CPA or ACCA qualification.
    • Must have 2 years and above working experience in asset management.
    • Must be Proficient in ERP & Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Finance and Admin Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance function of the Company’s operations.
    • Responsible for Monthly accounts closing and preparation of Monthly Management accounts. Providing variance analysis of the same.
    • Responsible for preparation and review of Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Responsible for preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly management dashboard reporting.
    • Responsible for preparation of Annual budgets
    • Management of the Annual audit process
    • Maintenance of the company Fixed Asset Register
    • Preparation on an annual basis of Long-Range forecast plans for the Company’s operations.
    • Manage and supervise a team of accountants and account support staff.
    • Manage the internal audit process with relevant Partners.
    • Management and oversight of the data and accounting software – QuickBooks online
    • Management of suppliers (Procurement) and Accounts payable function.
    • Develop financial and tax strategies, together with performance measures and monitoring systems that support the groups strategic direction.
    • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with IFRS and all applicable laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
    • Manage all external stakeholders with assistance from CEO. This includes Auditors, Tax regulators, Banking Partners, Suppliers, Customers, KRA

    Qualifications

    Academic and professional Qualifications.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institution
    • Professional Accounting qualification – CPA (K) or ACCA – Finalist.
    • A minimum of 5-7 years’ financial management experience.
    • Proficiency using QuickBooks Online.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, within managerial/ leadership and non-managerial employee groups.
    • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
    • Working Capital and investment capital management – Cash flow management.
    • Financial Modelling Skills especially using google sheets and dashboards
    • Strong Analytical ability in preparation and review of financial statements.
    • Ability to identify, implement and maintain a sound system of internal control and risk management in relation to financial reporting and to report to those charged with governance.
    • Very strong excel and data spreadsheet management skills.

    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strengthen customer service capabilities by developing & enforcing Customer Service standards
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
    • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance and resolution.
    • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, working closely with sales, technical support, and other departments as needed.
    • Continuously strive for personal and team improvement by actively participating in training sessions and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
    • Effective floor and queue management using provided tools & systems
    • Resolve escalated and complex customer issues on-time.
    • Build customer relations by interacting with customers on telephone, email or letter
    • Implement and practice the principles of Quality Management System in daily job activities.
    • Deliver regular reports on the company’s performance on customer satisfaction.
    • Collection and documentation of all customer feedback obtained through interactions.
    • Reviewing team performance regularly against set customer satisfaction goals.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field from a recognized University.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the Tech sector.
    • A professional course in Customer service will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Comfortable working in GMT-5 hours.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and providing exceptional customer experiences.
    • Strong interpersonal skills & Leadership Skills.
    • Time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
