Our Client is a leading marketing agency dealing in experiential marketing, consumer research and digital marketing. They seek to hire a highly motivated, proactive and motivated Project Manager who shall manage and implement experiential activations (events, consumer activations and retail activities).

Responsibilities

Logistical Management

• Plan, implement and manage projects
• Source equipment for activations
• Oversee and report to management /client on progress, learning’s and successes of activities conducted on behalf of the client.
• Coordinating and supporting on-ground activation teams and other support staff

Management of Teams

• Source/Recruit Teams
• Team Training
• Building and maintaining a database of Crew who can work for different projects

Monitoring and review

• Report Writing
• Conducting industry analysis on competition & market dynamics on behalf of clients.

Client Service

• Assist the Client Service developing creative proposals and communication strategy for clients/brands
• Assist the Client Service in sourcing for new business
• Attend meetings and pitches with client service
• Support Operations Manager and ensure objectives are met

 Qualifications

• Diploma or University Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, thorough knowledge of experiential marketing
• Must have BTL marketing experience
• Have handled and managed event marketing, retail promotions, roadshows, mall activations and other consumer Activations and have a good knowledge of the market.
• Proper Command of English
• Good Computer Skills – MS Office
• Good proposal and Report Writing Skills
• A team player, proactive individual with a passion to succeed

They seek to hire a highly motivated, proactive and motivated Account Manager who will be in charge of managing exiting business accounts and business development. This position reports to the Client service director, whilst working closely with the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Ensure highest standards for client service in order to maintain and build
• existing business relationships, handling client requests, campaign activity and
• other day to day client requirements when called upon
• Sourcing for business from existing and new clients
• Preparing pitch documents and presentations

Brand strategy

• Analyze and understand client briefs and requirements
• Conceptualization of new and exciting viable ideas for brands
• Research and insight generation for existing and new clients in order to understand the market landscape for the benefit of clients
• Conduct industry analysis on completion of project and market dynamics on behalf of the client

Quality Control

• Work closely with the operations Department to plan and implement BTL Activations and events
• Provide guidance to operations teams to ensure they work in line with client approval and expectations
• Oversee and report to management /client on progress, learning’s and successes of activities conducted on behalf of the client.
