    Sales Director - FSI

    Main Responsibilities

    • Engage in a dialogue with financial customer's senior CXO, with specific focus on the direction and content of digital transformation
    • Demonstrate customer-specific benefits of products with a high degree of proficiency. Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends.
    • Expanding businesses locally and within emerging untapped markets focusing on the banking industry
    • Communicate and interact with the customer as well as other departments to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements
    • Participate in the design and implementation of significant projects and act as a technical consultant to the customer as well as provide IT design & proposal
    • Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field) required. Professional Certification such as CPA, CISA strongly preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience within the IT industry, ideally in FSI industry with proven successful track record in professional services
    • Excellent communication and negotiation with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative partnership with industry partners.
    • Strong solution sales professional with a proven record of achieving /exceeding annual quota target.
    •  High competence in delivering product presentations and managing client workshops and proof of concepts.
    • Have Banking System implementation experience, highly preferred to have experience in negotiation with financial customer architecture personnel
    • Have a deep understanding of the risks impacting the FSI sector.

    Networking Solutions Manager

    Main Responsibilities

    • End to end IP Network Optimization.
    • Supporting Huawei Enterprise’s sales which includes solution demonstration, configuration guide, presale testing, and service presentation as well as after sales services to the clients
    • Monitoring and tracking technical information and issue early warnings and disseminates information as required.
    • Timely delivery of key projects to ensure network quality standards are met at all times
    • Training Huawei partners and customers.
    • Delivering and Maintaining Routers, switches, firewall, WLAN etc.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or above, in IT/Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication /Computer Science or relevant major from a recognized University.
    • More than 7 years of technical support background within the ICT industry or telecommunication
    • Good understanding of network products, has experiences in the delivery of network products (router, switch, firewall, WLAN etc.)
    • Deep understanding of data communication technologies, such as IGP/BGP, MPLS, QOS, Multicast etc.
    • Delivery experience of large-scale campus network or IDC projects and IP network experience such as technical support, design, network optimization and test.

    HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage

    IT Solutions Manager

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Providing IT solutions/designs to Kenya office/ partner/key account customers.
    • Supporting Huawei Enterprise’s sales which includes solution demonstration, configuration guide, presale testing, and service presentation as well as after sales services to the clients
    • Integrating various solutions components in line with the solution design.
    • Provide customer solution documentation depicting current situation before deployment and after deployment
    • Delivering Huawei Kenya Enterprise’ Projects which includes Servers, Storage, Virtualization Products, Cloud Data Center and supporting server/storage/cloud project maintenance.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree or above, in IT/Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication /Computer Science or relevant major from a recognized University.

    • More than 7 years of technical support background within the ICT industry or telecommunication
    • Good understanding of virtualization technologies, has experiences in virtualization products (VMware, Hyper-V, Huawei Fusion sphere)
    • Deep understanding of Storage & Servers product (Huawei/EMC/IBM/HP) and storage architecture and RAID technologies.
    • Knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows OS administration (Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, and Security)
    • HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage.
