WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Invoice generation for new bikes sales.
• Inventory management and reconciliation between accounts books and operations (ERP).
• Conducting data analysis and generating reports on sales operations and quick books.
• Helping with documentation and compliance efforts.
• Posting dealer payments on ERP.
•  Any other tasks assigned by Sales support or finance manager

WHAT YOU NEED

• Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Analytical skills – Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in reports and processes
• Communication skills – Collaborating with teams effectively
• Problem-solving – Addressing operational challenges proactively
• Technical proficiency – Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems, or project management tool

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Issuing trackers to technicians.
• Scanning trackers in ERP.
• Doing inventory of trackers together with technicians.
• Keeping stock levels and advising on when to procure another stock.
• Editing/mapping vehicle information in GPSWOX system.
• Adding and updating GPS tracking data in ERP system

WHAT YOU NEED

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
• Fluent in English and Swahili .
• Previous experience in Boda-boda financing is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good MS Office skills
• Excellent Swahili and English language knowledge
