    Job Purpose Statement

    To develop technical solutions to problems and opportunities presented by the Business. Functional and non-functional aspects of the technical solutions should be considered utilizing the available technology assets. The role will act as the technical lead for major system projects and will provide technical direction and proposals to meet the new business requirements or cover an existing functionality gap.

    Job Specification:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study from a recognized university.

    Assistant Brand Manager

    Job Purpose Statement

    The role holder is expected to deliver the overall Marketing Communication & Citizenship (MCC) objective by enhancing brand visibility and upholding/promoting a positive organizational brand image & reputation. They will achieve this by supporting the development and execution of all the brand plans and marketing initiatives within the MCC department. The role holder is a brand champion, and is responsible for cascading and managing the brand guidelines as they are applied across the different marketing and communications engagements, to ensure a strong and consistent brand is delivered at all times. The role holder is responsible for driving creative development and execution of all digital Business campaigns, as well as monitor and report on product performance against the Business objectives.     Academic:

    Business Manager, Credit Risk Management

    Job Purpose Statement

    To support the Group Director Credit Risk Management (CRM) in effectively carrying out her responsibilities and in executing key strategic priorities of the NCBA Group. This includes; coordination of credit strategy formulation, follow through and support in implementation across the functions within CRM, identification of gaps in delivery of defined objectives for action at credit leadership level, coordination with regional heads of credit on strategic priorities supported by group credit, support in credit projects, support in portfolio monitoring and preparation of management information for GD CRM, among others.
