Job Purpose Statement

To drive end-to-end user experience design, including research, ideation, conception, detailed design, prototypes and validation across multiple products and areas. Working across multiple cross functional product teams, the Head of UX will seek to create and influence the creation of the ultimate user experience to create business impact while ensuring a consistent design language

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:

• University student in Business or Marketing related discipline

Professional:

• Data analytics qualifications desirable
• Proficiency in office automation and banking technologies.

Desired work experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking, Data Analytics and/or Customer Experience
• Experience in user research, user experience mapping, usability testing and other related disciplines
• Experience in implementation of electronic platforms and solutions
• Experience in value chain management is an added advantage
