    Partner Brand Representative (Nakuru)

    Pricing Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead and optimize our pricing strategies for a wide range of FMCG products across the country. With a focus on numeric distribution and volume, our low- margin business model requires a dynamic individual who can balance competitiveness with profitability.

    The Pricing Manager will be responsible for daily market-driven pricing strategies, with an emphasis on data analysis, market trends, and cost management.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years in pricing or revenue management roles within FMCG, with a focus on high-volume, low-margin products.
    • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems in a pricing or financial role is required.
    • Advanced Excel skills with strong abilities in data analysis. Experience with pricing software is a significant advantage.
    • Understanding of the FMCG sector and the competitive landscape in Kenya.
    • Ability to balance pricing competitiveness and profitability while driving sales volumes.

    Senior Internal Auditor

    We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk, this role is responsible for implementing audit strategies and executing risk-based audit plans to support effective governance and internal control.

    In addition, the Senior Internal Auditor will oversee audit assignments, providing guidance to internal audit assistants as they perform audit assignments. This role is essential in ensuring timely follow-up on internal audit recommendations, contributing to the development of audit plans, and delivering insights that drive continuous improvement within the company.

    Key Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related business field from a recognized institution.
    • Should be a registered member of any of the following professional bodies: ACCA, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), or Information Systems Audit Control Association (ISACA).
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in audit (external or internal). Experience with Inventory & Warehouse management is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • Experience working with ERP software.
    • Proven knowledge and understanding of audit & accounting standards (IAS's, ISA's and IFRS's).
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
