    Social Media Promoter

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our sales & marketing team. You will be responsible for creating social media marketing campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.
    • The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
    • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
    • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
    • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries promptly.
    • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
    • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hoot-suite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
    • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
    • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
    •  Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
    •  Performing other duties when needed.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 or more years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
    • Experience using various analytics software.
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Supply Assistant

    Job Description
    Job brief

    • To assist in supply and operations roles of ensuring smooth operations by ensuring good reporting and co-coordinating the delivery of clean Products, Fuel Oil, Aviation Gasoline, Liquefied Petroleum Gas and other petroleum products for the client through purchases from local and international suppliers. The individual is responsible for assisting in proper bookkeeping of Entries for both local and transit with draw down reports. He / She will be responsible for preparation of monthly import registers by ensuring ASEs/outturn are corresponding with third party reports.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that Corporate bonds for export of products are optimally managed to ensure optimization of the same
      • Maintain an overall break up of each bond in terms of T810 for loading, T810 fully loaded awaiting documentation completion and T810 filled for cancellation with KRA.
      • Maintaining aging analysis of each truck/T812 loaded from the T810 date and age of balance not loaded to T810 date up to the day of report.
      • For T810 lodged for cancellation with KRA, ensure that fully endorsed T812 and T1 reports have been attached and the document is complete at the time of filling.
      • Keep a record of aging for T810 lodged for cancellation from the date Lodged to the date canceled or the date of report.
      • Follow up with sales to ensure that for each T810 generated, loading is done within 2 days from the date of T810.
      • Ensure that endorsed T812 and T1 reports are obtained and submitted to the clearing agent for every truck loaded within 3 days of loading the truck.
      • Ensure that T810 for which full documentation of endorsed T812 have been obtained are lodged with KRA within one day and canceled within two days of lodging with KRA.
      • Achieve a bond T-Over. turnaround of at least 3 times a month for each bond value.
      • Calculated as export to countries other than E.A (per month) divided by total bond value.
    • Payment Processing
      • Ensure all product documentation C11 invoice, F147 and other penalties are raised within one day and paid within 6 hours of raising.
    • Compiling Monthly Sales Report
      • Compile and ensure timely submission of throughput breakdown data for the previous month to PIPECOR and EPPRA after approval by the Head of Department by 5 th.
    • Confirmation of ASE’S/Letters
      • Ensure all ASEs are confirmed within 2 hours
    • Support supply Manager & Supply analyst on reports and other delegated assignments as need be.
    • Entries Management
      • Weekly report on Custom Entries for all consignments for both local and transport by 5 th 
      • weekly report on entry utilization ensures full draw down of entries 3 Entry reconciliation vs stocks available every week.
    • Import Reports
      • Weekly and monthly report on imports register and list of ASEs with confirmation that 3rd party depot has received them.
      • Maintaining updated and crossed referenced files for customers entries, export entries, bond cancellation documents per T810.


    Requirements

    •  University degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field in Supply Chain (logistics).
    •  At least one to two years of experience in Supply Chain Department.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able and willing to travel frequently to field sites.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
    • Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and work with tight deadlines.
    • The ability to work closely within a team and to improvise and work in an atmosphere that can be stressful.
    • Great service attitude towards customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrate ability to handle pressure and perform duties well to completion
    • Capacity Management, Order Processing Management, Inventory Management and
    • Optimization, Knowledge of continuous Process Programs and Demand Management skills
