Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling the entire portfolio of electronic security and safety systems
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Presenting the organization’s system in a structured professional way to potential clients.
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements and designing effective solutions that meet and or exceed client expectations.
• Ability to differentiate the company’s product offerings and convey compelling value propositions to promote sales.
• Creating detailed site survey reports, proposal documents/quotations and handover reports
• Cold calling to mature business
• Attend site meetings and oversee the project execution.
• Management of sales and updating the Sales details onto the ERP system
• Carry out site visits and demos with potential clients.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in Marketing.
• Sales/Marketing Professional courses will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in promoting and selling electronic security systems.
• Achieve a minimum target of 30 million KES per quarter.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the field of B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Sales/Business Development knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and improve the profitability and competitive performance of the business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original Sales and branding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

ISO Compliance Management:

• Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301 and other relevant standards compliance programs.

Infrastructure Support Empowerment:

• Empower the Infrastructure Squad to handle Level 2 support items and provide guidance on technical issues.
• Foster a collaborative environment for continuous skill development within the team.

System Uptime and Monitoring:

• Proactively address alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the Infrastructure Squad for resolution.

Level 2 Ticket Support:

• Support the resolution of Level 2 tickets by providing expertise and collaborating with the Infrastructure Squad and other teams.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and recommend preventive measures.

General Maintenance Support:

• Perform or coordinate routine physical checks on servers, assess software health, and manage update schedules.
• Monitor and manage end-of-life (EOL) cycles for hardware and software components.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to schedule and implement necessary maintenance activities.
• Ensure office communication channels are active, physical routine checks on office phones, HDMI’, LAN cables and advice on fixes, best practices or procurement.

Asset Management:

• Maintain a comprehensive register of company hardware and software assets.
• Manage the issuance, tracking, and return of company assets/ Laptops/Desktops ets both on
• Soft and hard copy Files and advice on procurement and upgrade needs.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the asset register.

Compliance and Audit Initiatives:

• Lead and execute comprehensive compliance assessments and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit findings.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on audit recommendations.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, infrastructure support, and audit findings.
• Prepare detailed reports for management on compliance status, audit outcomes, and recommendations.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

• Provide training sessions for the Infrastructure Squad on compliance requirements, monitoring tools, and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant ICT-related Field.
• Minimum of 3 years of software engineering/ System Engineering in a working environment.
